"Are you coming?" Iris asked Bibiana over the phone. With everything going on, she almost forgot that she was going to a party with Iris.

"Yeah, there's just some traffic," Bibiana lied, while she walked around the cortex. She was in the dress that she had brought along to work. Now she needed she solve two problems with one stone. "I'll see you soon."

"Why are you so dressed up?" Caitlin asked Bibiana.

"I'm going to the reelection party the Mayor is having," Bibiana answered. "I suspect that the Trickster is going to be there because of all the important people."

"Over here," Iris called out. Bibiana spotted Iris by the front doors and joined her.

"Sorry that I'm slightly late. Traffic was horrible," Bibiana lied.

"It's okay," Iris replied, with a smile. The two started to head inside. "I'm just happy you were able to join me."

"Anything for a friend," Bibiana smiled. They stopped at the identification table.

"Hi, Iris West. I'm with Central City Picture News," Iris informed them. She showed them her I.D.

"Bibiana Solace. I'm here on Oliver Queen's behalf," Bibiana said, showing her I.D. They both thanked the table before joining the party.

"Oh my God. Oliver put you down as his representative?" Iris asked, shocked.

"He owed me a favor," Bibiana answered with a smirk.

"Champagne, miss?" a waiter asked. He seemed familiar to Bibiana but she couldn't figure out who it was.

"Ah, thank you. Heh," Iris told the man, taking a glass. Bibiana grabbed one to be polite. She wasn't going to drink it since alcohol didn't have an effect on her anymore.

The two walked deeper into the party until they spotted the Mayor.

"Oh, Mayor Bellows," Iris said, tugging Bibiana along. "Hi. This is a lovely party."

"Thank you," the Mayor replied.

"Very classy," Bibiana commented with a smile.

"Welcome, welcome, Central City's finest," the waiter from earlier announced. "How about a toast? To Mayor Anthony Bellows. He doesn't just yell at his staff he bellows."
