I was running, a brown wolf running after me it meant me no harm, I giggled as I raced into an open field near the pack house.
"Ha! I beat you Ryan! You have to play dress up with me now."
The wolf shifted back into a younger version of the current alpha, a big smile on his face.
"I'll play dress up only if I get to be the purple empress."
"Deal!"
We held hands as we made our way back to the house, laughing the whole way.
Flash.
"We'll save you princess, we must slay the dragon guarding you first!" I giggled as the identical twins slayed an imaginary dragon at the bottom of my 'tower'.
Flash.
I was surrounded by my pack members and a pink princess cake with a big number six candle lit in the middle.
"Happy birthday baby."
"Thank you mommy, I'm a big girl now!"
"You sure are." She laughed.
Flash.
"Baby girl do you want to come for a ride with mommy and daddy?"
"Can we get ice cream daddy?"
"We sure can sweetheart."
"Yay, let's go!"
He held out his hand for me.
"Wait I have to tell the boys bye first!"
I ran into the living room where my brothers sat watching TV.
"Guess what? Mommy and daddy are taking me to get ice cream!"
All three boys smiled at me.
"You can't leave your big brothers without a hug."
I hugged each of them quickly.
"I love you!"
"We love you too."

"Daddy, where's the ice cream?"
"Sweetheart, you'll get ice cream later but mommy and daddy have to go somewhere, our friend Tony will watch you for a little while."
"Daddy's gotta go to work?"
He sighed.
"Yes honey, daddy's gotta go to work."
Both of my parents hugged me tightly, placing kisses on my forehead before the stood and faced a man that had walked out of a large house.
My parents got into the car as I held the strangers hand.
"We'll be back baby."
"Okay mommy, I love you."
