Chapter 26

Madison POV

I walked in the girl's bathroom, I've been here for a week and we had tons of homework. I brush my hair and put lipgloss when Sammy enters the bathroom.

"Hey Madison." she says as she stands next to me, she began to reapply mascra.

"Hey," I said to her.

"So I heard your dating Sirius." she said.

"Yeah," I said putting my lipgloss in my bag.

"I see he gave you the ring." she says arching her perfect eyebrow. I look down on my ring

"Did he gave it to you?"

"Exactly the same thing, I threw it to him when we broke up." she said, "he must have just have gave it back to you." she said.

"Maybe," I said.

"Did he take you to a cafe in which he gives you a chocolate mousse and the ring is on the top or taking you to the movie theaters or concert. Then he comes and gives you pizza and chocolate strawberries." My mouth drops open and she smirks,

"I thought so," she says fluffing her blonde hair

"Don't get too cozy with him," she says and leaves the bathroom. I take slow breaths,she must have heard it from other people. I get out of the bathroom to see Sammy talking to Sirius, he looks happy and she laughs with him, she squeeze Sirius shoulder and leaves. Sirius stares at her and then I come out,

"Hey," he said giving me a peck on the lips.

"What were you guys talking about?" I said.

"Oh she said she was happy that I'm happy and then she said this joke. That was all." he said shrugging.

"Oh ok," I said ignoring the pain of hurt in my chest. He pushes a strand of hair away from my face.

"Think you can help me with my homework," he said.

"Sure," I said and we walk towards the common room.

We sat near the fire and did our homework, I watch Sirius doing his homework, his tongue sticking out as he was concentrating, he looks at me and grins,

"What?" he said.

"You look cute when your concentrating." I said

He pulls me in for a kiss,

"Ugh, I thought you guys were doing homework." Sirius and I break apart as James,Remus and Peter grab a chair and surround our table.

"We were, we just took a break." she said.

"He actually got all these answers right," Remus said in shock as he looks at Sirius's paper.

"Hahhah very funny," Sirius said sourly as he grabs the piece of paper.

"I think your acting like Madison, Sirius. SHE"S CONTAGIOUS!!!" James said jumping away from the table.

"Get away from me or I'll get infected!" We all laugh.

"Lily will like you more if you actually did your homework!." I said poking him in the chest.

"Yeah, yeah, I tried that a billion times. It doesnt work." james said sitting down.

"Im off to bed." I said stifling a yawn.

"Nite," Sirius said as he kisses me. We break apart and I go to the girl's dormitory.
