Valerie's P.O.V.

I sat motionless, my phone on the table in front of me, awaiting fresh news that they had found Stiles.  Twenty-four hours had past.  It had been twenty-four hours since he had left me for dead in the cold, ruthless basement of Eichen House, killed Oliver, and allowed the Nogitsune inside of him.

My phone rang suddenly and I was overly sensitive to noises today, and frankly, it frightened me.  It took me quite a while before I was finally able to grab hold of it.

"Scott?"

"We found him."

-

"Well, if it isn't the shapeshifter and the Alpha..." he sneered, a sinister smile tugging at the corner of his mouth, his hollow eyes following me as Scott lead me into Derek's barren loft.

"I brought someone for you," I replied bluntly, stepping aside as the sound of metal hand cuffs jangled about.

Stiles cocked his head to the side.  "You're going to handcuff me?"

Stilinski looked him in the eye and took a deep breath.  "If this is my son- if a part of my son is still in there, then he'll know what's best for him... and he'll come with me."  His eyes softened, and his fingers bent as he accepted the cuffs to wrap themselves around his wrists.  Stiles sighed, but his the innocent, distant look in his eyes were soon replaced with a dark, sinister void of evil.  He scrunched his nose in disgust, and with one quick movement, he snapped them apart, the metal splitting through the air.

"You're not my son..." Stilinski growled.  Stiles-- or Void, I should say, sneered and approached me.

"The bitten wolf..." he whispered, cocking his head to the side, his foul breath hot on my face.  "Such beauty cannot tame the power.." He caressed my cheek with his palm and smirked eerily.

I gritted my teeth together.  "Stiles, I know you're in there..."

"Oh, sweetheart..." he scoffed.  "If only you realized how much power you held.  The delicate flower, be the serpent underneath it..."  I slapped his hand away.

"Stop.  Stop it.  This isn't you."  Void chuckled and turned his back.  While he did so, Allison entered behind us, snapping her weapon of choice- a military-grade stun gun- behind her back and immediately thrusting it into his shoulder.  The electric-blue streaks of light made no difference.  His lip twitched in anger as he pulled the electricity away from his body with so much force that it sent the stun gun flying to the wall and clattering to the floor.  He was unstoppable.

Allison's eyes widened.  His power was unexplainable.  I growled under my breath and took my chance.  I sped toward him, aiming my fist for his throat.  It was as if he could foresee my attacks far before I even came up with them.  He grinned evily and grabbed hold of my wrist, his hollow eyes staring into mine.

"Let me see your eyes..." he purred, wrapping his hand around my jaw.

"N-no.." I choked as he lifted me up, my feet dangling above the ground.

"Let her go, Stiles!"  Derek charged for him, but he was deemed feeble compared to Stiles' power.  He was easily fended off with just one hand.  He lifted me higher, my breath dissolving.

"St-stop!" I screamed, kicking my legs through the air, feeble and helpless.

"Open your eyes, Valerie."  It was no long Stiles' voice outside of my mind.  It was a combination of several, distorted and horrific.  His grip on me tightened, until I felt my eyes being forced open, and the light of my world being sucked out of me.
