The food came, our little Waiter gave me death glares while serving our food, I am suprised that Savannah let Usagi play Waiter.

The food was great, the dessert was a little burned but I ate it anyway, Jake stared nervously at me while I took a bite of the chocolate cake, he didn't dare to eat until I said anything to it.

It was kind of obvious that he had baked it, how his eyes lightened up when I said that it was delicious even thought it was a little burned, how he sighed in relieve as if my words lifted a heavy weight off him.

It was cute how he admitted proudly that he baked it, with the help of Savannah but that was just heard as a low whisper.

We sat in the mercy of the moon light, drinking, we began asking each other questions, he said it is a way to let some time pass before the second stage of 'Operation Make Arian Fall Head Over Heals For Me' he winked at me, I retorted with a sassy comment how he sucks at giving names.

The guilt is nagging on me, I decided to tell him, but all this makes it even harder.

I took a sip of my Mango juice, Jake just shook his head at me.

"Why again didn't you want to drink good quality wine instead of Mango Juice?" He raised his eye brow.

"To your information I like Mango juice, and wine doesn't have to to suit everyone's taste" I pouted trying to cover my little secret.

Just a glass I could clearly see the sly knowing smirk on her face.

That little..

"My round! How was...your family like?" I was hesitad to ask, the answer might bring more guilt to me than I already have.

"What is there much to say, we were a small happy family, I had a 2 year old sister a lovely mother caring and beautiful, my father was a man who put family at the top of his duties and would always make time to us even if his pack duties were killing him, he would put aside his tiredness and play with my sister and I, much to the dismay of my mother who would just worry about him" he was looking up but I can see that his eyes were lost in the memories.

I did regret asking the question, seeing his smile while talking about his family "uhm..your time to ask.." he snapped out of his thoughts, giving me a reassuring smile, he mistook my face of guilt with one of sympathy.

"How did the relationship between you and your brother end up like this? From what I have heared from him you were close" I was expecting that question, so it wasn't a suprise to see the curiosity behind his eyes.

I took a shaky deep breath "Arlen and I...we were really close, he was my only brother and I am his little sister, we had a pretty big age gap between us, 10 years I think, so he was always the protective big brother. Our parents cared sh*t about him, because he stopped guard training, he was supposed to be one of the highest ranked guards in the pack, but he didn't want that, it was our parents wish, when he stopped they started to say how much of a disappointment he is, that he should be more like me, I was at that time going through sword fighting lessons and won some little competitions here and there"

"I was fairly young, 7 or so. I didn't understand the endless times they had fights, how mother would call him a disappointment, they started to ignore him and tell me I am an only child, they didn't kick him out because they knew I would just follow him, they knew I liked him more than them combined, I was a pretty clingy when it came to Arlen"
