Lauren's pov
Camila and I sit for about an hour. She has her hand tightly gripped onto my shirt cuddled in as close as she can get.
It's about 5 when I hear her mom yell hi at Camila.
"Shit," I hear her say, "Lauren you cant tell her what happened."
"Camila you need help." I tell her while she gets off of me.
"Lauren if you tell I will have to be locked up in a stupid rehab facility. Please Lauren. Don't tell her." She says begging me.
"Ok but Camz you have to promise me that you will never and I mean never do it again." I say wrapping my arms around her.
"I'll try as hard as I can." She replies.
Camila's pov
"Camila? Where are you?" My mom asks.
I wipe away my tears and hide the evidence.
"In my room mom." I yell back.
"Okay well I have a business dinner and so does your dad so we won't be home until probably 10. Also tomorrow we are leaving for a business trip for a couple days so Lauren is welcomed to stay and keep you company." She says.
I let out a sigh of relief and Lauren grabs my hand.
"Everything is going to be alright princess. I promise you I will never leave you." She finishes kissing my head.
"Can we cuddle?" I ask giving her puppy dog eyes.
"Fine but can we watch a scary movie?" Lauren asks.
"But you know how much I hate scary movies."
"Don't worry I'll be here to protect you." She says wrapping her arms around me once again.
She gets up off the ground.
"Can you carry me?" I ask.
"Camz the bed is like a foot away." She says.
"Pwweasee." I ask and she gives in.
She puts in The Conjuring.
Lauren's pov
Every time something scary happens Camz jumps and hides her face in my chest.
After a little while I hear light snoring and laugh to myself.
I turn off the movie and kiss her head.
"Goodnight my little angel." I say and dos off.
