~17~Thodi Aur Nazdik(Part B)~

"Nandini beta, vaha kadi kadi kya dekh rahi ho. Jaldi yaha aao aur apna sargi khao, subha honewala hain" said Nyonika to a stunned Nandini while setting the dining table with dishes for the fasting.

"Yes Mom, I am coming" said Nandini and made way to the table. Then Nyonika gave her her food to eat and both of them sat down to have their fast.

Both of them were eating quietly when Nyonika suddenly asked "Nandini are you sure that you can keep this fast?" "Yes Mom, I can keep the fast" she said giving her a smile.

"Okay, but your not getting up from the bed this whole day, got it" she ordered her. "Mom not you also, already Manik as given me a lecture on this and I am bored of hearing the same talk from everyone" she complained and Nyonika smiled in reply.

With small small talks both of them finished their food and were about to go to their rooms to have some more sleep.

Nandini went to her room and found Manik sleeping on the bed peaceful. As soon as she saw Manik, she remembered what she did before leaving from this room and blushed a little looking down.

Manik who was not at all able to sleep and was acting as if he is sleeping so that both of them won't feel awkward about what happened, saw her blushing and smiled to himself.

Then Nandini slowly moved to the mirror and to remove her jewellery. After removing them she went to her study table and started to work on some hospital reports which were sent to her for verification.

Meanwhile when Nandini was down having her food, Manik was also having some food in their room cause he also wanted to keep the fast, for his Jaan.

He didn't want anyone to know about it and was very much happy that he would keep the fast. He also planned on making Nandini open his fast when the moon comes without her knowledge.

Nandini who had come to wake up Manik saw him sleeping peacefully with a smile on the face and didn't have the heart to wake him up.

At 8 in the morning all were at the breakfast table to have their breakfast and Manik was purposely sleeping so that he would be late won't have to eat breakfast and others also won't question him.

After some time he came running to the table and grabbed the paratha which was placed on the table and was doing things in a hurry.

"Manik sit down and have some food beta" said Nyonika who was looking at him doing things in a hurry. "No Maa, I have an important meeting and I got up late" he said wearing his shocks.

"Then you should have got up early naa beta" she said standing up from the couch to help him. "Ye sab naa apke chahithe bahu ke karann hua hain, ask her, ask her why didn't she wake up this morning" said Manik wearing shoes. 

"Bekar mein meri bahu ko mat danto Manik, she would have surely​ woken you up, but you are a lazy ass, you wouldn't have got up from the bed" Nyonika said twisting his ear from behind the couch.

"Vaa kya saas ho aap Maa, apne hi bete ko dant rahe ho aur bahu ki tarif, saas ho toh apki tarhe ho Maa" said Mukthi who just now entered the hall and had heard their conversation.

"God, why did you have to give me such a 'great mother' and 'great sister'" Manik said with so much fake anger in his voice.

"Oh hello bhai, God ji ko to chod do bhai, let him atleast be free from you. Why should he also suffer...........like us" Mukthi said looking at Manik.

"Whatever, I am getting late for work I need to leave by" Manik said waving his hand to both of them. "Manik you didn't have your breakfast" said Nandini who came from the kitchen.
