Missing Two

Kara's POV

Napangiti ako nang makita si Cesia papunta kay Trev. I can see the field from the balcony.

Mas lumapad ang ngiti ko nang ginulo ni Trev ang buhok niya.

"Trev!" she shouted while blushing. May sinabi ata si Trev na ikinahiya ni Cesia... which is very cute to look at.

These are the things I want to watch. These are the things that I live for.

Narinig ko ang pagbukas ng glass doors. I didn't even bother to guess who it was. Napakapamilyar para sa'kin pati ang footsteps niya.

"Brought food." narinig kong sabi niya.

Nakita ko siyang may dalang tray na meron ngang pagkain. He put it on the table at the center. He gestured me to sit so I did. Umupo rin siya sa tapat ko.

Nagsimula na akong kumain nang magsalita siya. "Pinapatawag ka ni Kia."

Nilunok ko muna ang kinakain ko bago sumagot. "Alam ko."

Lumipas ang ilang minuto at tumayo na ako. Tinulungan ko siyang ibalik ang mga plato at baso sa tray.

I was about to leave when I heard him call me.

"what?" tinignan ko siya na bitbit ang tray. Binigyan niya ako ng matamis na ngiti dahilan na maramdaman ko ulit ang noo'y butterflies.

Ano bang ginagawa niya sa'kin.

"we'll have dinner together okay? tayong dalawa lang." his eyes were pleading.

"No." seryoso kong sagot.

Nakita ko ang disappointment sa mukha niya kaya natawa ako ng mahina. He tilts his head giving me a confused look.

Lumapit ako sa kanya. "I'm just kidding, Dio." bulong ko.

I gave him a peck on the lips. "I'll be back even before you know it." Wala akong alam sa romance pero may alam ako kung paano ipakita sa iba na mahal ko sila.

Tinalikuran ko na siya.

I smiled knowing that I succeeded in leaving him speechless.

"Where's Trev?" binati ako ng tanong mula sa principal pagpasok ko sa office niya. Nandito rin sina Kia at Heather.

Umupo ako sa kabilang couch.

Trev showed up after a minute. As usual, he looks annoyed to death. If I know, nasira ang mood niya dahil naputol ang oras niya kasama si Cesia.

"We're constantly searching for the eleventh and twelfth demigod." Kerensa, our principal was the first one to speak. Dati pa kami nag wi-wild guess kung sino man ang dalawa pang demigods na kukumpleto sa Alphas Omega.

Pinakita ni Kerensa sa'min ang listahan ng mga demigods. Demigods that are strong enough to stop the rebellion.

But no one clicked.

Pagod na nga ako kaka analyze sa prophecy. What I learned though is that:

There are some things in the prophecies that we must stop.

Nangyari na ang unang prophecy. We tried but we failed... and then the second prophecy.

Rhea said something about her children getting deceived... Maybe some of the gods will get tricked or blinded. Next, is about the children of her children... the demigods.. good as dead.
