Chapter 43; The end

It's been a couple of weeks since Stacy and William have seen each other.

She's been busy with school while he was busy with hockey.

William hasn't been doing well with hockey, he would try to focus but couldn't.

All he could think about is Stacy.

He was worried that he was letting her slip slowly away from her.

On the other hand Stacy kept replaying what Mitch had said to her that very night.

The fact that William may like her back made her very happy.

But she didn't want to get her hopes up.

After the Leafs game Stacy went off to explore around the arena.

She stumbled upon a room that had a piano in it.

She walked in and sat down on the chair.

She started to jam out.

She started to sing an original song that she wrote in high school.

She in fact wrote this song about William once he left.

She was too busy with singing she didn't realize that William was watching from behind her.

After she was finished William clapped.

Stacy was surprised to see him standing there.

"What are you doing here?" Stacy asked.

"We're about to head home now, Steph told me to find you" William answered as he started to walk towards her.

"Well we s-should go now" Stacy muttered as she got up and started to walk away from him.

William knew that this was his only chance to tell her how he feels.

William grabbed her wrist.

"Wait" he said making Stacy face him.

"Stacy I have I tell you something" William started.

"I-I-I like y-you" William stuttered.

Stacy was surprised with the words that came out of his mouth.

"M-Me?" Stacy pointed to herself as William nodded.

"Stacy in fact I think i'm in love with you" William said as Stacy felt her cheeks heat up.

The boy she loves just confessed to her that he loves her.

"William I love you too, ever since we were in high school" Stacy confessed back making him smile.

William started to lean in.

Stacy couldn't believe what was happening to her.

She thought she was dreaming until she felt William's lips on hers.

Her dream became a reality.
