Chapter 32- Romance is in the Air

 (Edited)

There standing was Ethan, well I expected that but what was shocking was the small little picnic set in the middle. It was not a normal picnic it was so damn cute. In the middle there was a blanket with nice embroidered colourful cushion laid out but what really impressed me was the light pink see through silk that laced around the picnic forming a shape of a hut. All I could see were different flowers laid down everywhere giving a nice romantic feel to it.

I couldn't help but smile at the scene in front of me. I took one step when I realised something brush against my feet, I looked down to see a trail of rose petal towards the hut. I walked slowly towards Ethan not understanding how to approach him. I was confused, I mean he literally bit my head yesterday and today he does this nice romantic hut thing. As soon as I was near him I cleared my throat awkwardly to notify him that I was here.

He turned around as soon as he heard me. My breath was caught in my throat as I looked him over. His red shirt was clung against his muscular body with few buttons left undone to show his sexy chest off with a black jacket to complete the sexy look. His eyes held an emotion I was not too familiar with, I didn't know what to say so I just gazed at his handsome face. He took his hands out of his pockets from his jeans before walking towards me closing the distance between us. The breath that was caught in my throat tripled as he came closer to me. I need to remember how to breathe! I exhaled slowly letting my body relax at this intimate closeness.

He bought his hand and rested it against my cheek as he gazed in my eyes. "I'm sorry about yesterday." He whispered softly. The little bubble of admiration I was in suddenly busted as soon as he uttered those words replaying yesterday scenes in front of my eyes. I pulled away from his touch and his closeness; this movement caused Ethan to look at me in shock. I couldn't understand him at all, did he expect me to forget how harsh he was yesterday.

"Do you expect me to jump in to your arms or maybe in to your bed with your apology and this little scene you have here?" I waved my hand in the direction of the hut.

"Wha-"

"No I don't want a lame excuse. Yesterday you were so mean, not acknowledging me at all. The only time you saw I existed was when you needed something done. What do you want me now for, to get me in to your bed?" I retorted in annoyance. I folded my arms before continuing my little lecture, "Don't think these roses, cushions and this stupid silk hut will make me melt in to your arms!" As soon as I said my words I turned my back towards him and started to walk out of the woods. Honestly the roses, cushions and the silk hut melted my heart but I was too annoyed to acknowledge it, I hated him. Okay fine, I did not hate him but I want him to suffer a bit.

Before I could take three steps his hand wrapped around my arms causing me to stop. He swung my arm around causing my body to whip and crash into his. I looked up in shock before replacing it with a frown; however Ethan looked down at me with a smile. "Don't think I will let you go so easily." He whispered softly again.

"I'll scream rape!" I threatened him.

"Go ahead, no one would hear you screaming or shouting." he smirked.

I huffed, "Don't try to act so smart."

"But Myra I am smart." He stated confidently.

"Whatever!" I retorted lamely.

"I apologise for my behaviour, well I did plan it all out with your friend and she though-"

"What?" I asked in shock as I moved away from his grip.
