Your POV

It was finally Friday, which meant it was my date with Veronica. Over the past two days, we have texted back and forth getting to know the basics about each other. Except she doesn't know about my whole family situation. I don't know if I really want to tell her about that... yet at least.

"Y/n are you ready yet? You have to get going if your going to pick up Veronica on time." Christina called to me. I look in the mirror one last time before straightening  out my jacket and grabbing my phone, and wallet. "Okay, be honest how do I look?" I reach the living room, and ask the girls. They all look at me jaws dropped. "Too much?" I ask, they all rapidly shake their heads no.

"You look great. Veronica is one lucky girl." Lauren says, still looking at me. "Aww thanks Lolo," I hug her and look to the others, "Well wish me luck." I give a thumbs up, them saying "Good luck", and "Don't choke" Dani. I sigh and grab my keys going to my truck.

I start up my car, and pull out of the parking garage, making my way to Veronica's, but grabbing some chocolates, a rose, and a little teddy bear for her, along with a rose for Vanessa

I pull up to Veronica's house and grab the items from the passenger seat. I get out and look up at her house. Damn. I shake it off and make my way to the door. I slowly bring my hand up and knock on the door. I wait about a minute until a man in basically all black opens the door and looks at me.
