Jaxo led everyone into a metallic room. It looked old, like it hadn't been used in decades. The air tasted stale and it smelled of rust. The room was filled with cobwebs. In front of them all was a large door. A small control panel was on the wall next to it. The room surprisingly had power. There were shelves on the walls with crates of metal parts and bones in them.

"What is this place?" Rosie asked letting go of Holt's hand.

"It is an elevator. It should bring you up to the surface." Jaxo said.

"Intriguing....How old is this technology?" Draconix asked.

"They're relatively new. Jaxo and I just installed them about fifty years ago." Mika said.

"That's new?" Viro asked surprised.

"We'll explain later." Rosie said.

"Get in. We will hopefully meet again soon." Jaxo said. He bobbed up and down and Rosie looked at Mika confused.

Mika mouthed, "His way of saying goodbye."

Rosie said goodbye to him and then they all stepped inside the doors after Jaxo opened them.

"Safe travels to you all. Please keep quiet about this place. We wish to stay hidden." Jaxo said as he closed the doors.

Inside the elevator, everyone was silent. Rosie was eyeing Draconix and Viro. Draconix was pretending he didn't notice her stares. After a long time, Holt broke the silence.

"So....what's the plan? I'm sure the town is still swarming with terrorists." He asked awkwardly. Alice moved past Draconix and brushed against Viro. She thought she saw his feathers twitch, but she wasn't sure.

"I'm sure we'll be able to teleport to the mothership. Raptin? Does your teleporter still work?" Saurhead asked. Viro and Draconix had nervous looks.

"I'm afraid it doesn't. It broke when I fell earlier." Raptin said. Rosie got out her teleporter and checked it.

"Mine works." Rosie said happily.

"But....you're a human. Why and how do you have a teleprter to the mothership?" Draconix asked.

"King Dynal has granted me and a few others permission to have our own teleporter." Rosie said.

"Why?" Draconix asked in a persistent tone.

"Because we're one of the few selected group of humans that he trusts!" Rosie said annoyed.

"Sorry, I just wanted to-" Draconix was cut off by Saurhead.

"Okay, okay! Rosie, teleport us. We don't have time for your bickering." Saurhead said irritably. She reluctantly pressed a button on the device and turned a dial. A bright rainbow color appeared around them and they all spun. When the light disappeared, they were in a lobby on the mothership.

"Alright....where....we go?" Alice asked.

"Last time, they were in a computer room. They might still be there." Raptin said.

"Alright, let's go." Rosie said. They all followed her. Alice noticed Viro looking at her, so she looked back at him.

"Viro need something?" She asked him.

"Uh, no. I was just looking around." Viro said. Alice let out a sound similar to a scoff.

"If Viro need something, just tell Alice. No stare." Alice said as she walked. As they walked, Draconix nonchalantly walked up to Saurhead.

Tev waved his hands.
("Yeah! Back off, pal!)

Viro noticed him and snarled at him. Tev backed off behind everyone.
