Getting to the punch line

Apple's p.o.v.

I woke up from a dream straight into another. When I opened my eyes Louis was starring at with a smile. I gave him a look that meant we had to talk. In between us was Olivia, she was still in her wolf form but she was looking much better. I touched her white fur softly, she purred at my touch. Louis seemed anxious to touch her too, but he was afraid of her reaction.

I took my hand in his and led it to the fur slowly so he could touch it. Olivia purred even more ecstatic by his touch. She opened her eyes slowly.

She yawned slowly standing up on the bed, she was such a small pup it had been awhile since I had seen one. Louis's eyes filled with fascination. Olivia went up to him and licked his cheek before coming to me and snuggling into my chest. She gave me a a small howl that translated into. "Turn into a wolf so I won't be alone." I hesitated but then I felt bad because she had no choice but to be in wolf form. I changed into my wolf form too, our white fur was the same except I had brown framing my face.

Louis seemed shocked at first but adjusted not wanting to offend me."Apple you don't seem to be in the best.....How should I saw state right now." he murmured. My white fur was covered in dirt and blood from last night, I sighed not wanting to take a bath I groaned.

In a flash Louis was gone and then he reappeared through the doorway with Zayn. He was smiling, Louis came up to and picked me up as if I was a puppy even though I weighed over 200 pounds. Zayn already had the bath water running. As Louis plunged me in with no warning. The water was way to hot, I let out a squeal. Zayn desperately tried filling the tub with cold water so the water wouldn't burn me to death.

Olivia follow us curiously. She jumped on the side of the tub wanting in. I picked her up by the extra skin on the back of her neck and plopped her into the tub. It was to deep for her to stand so she doggy paddled around me in circles. Zayn scrubbed my fur softly getting all the dirt out. Louis poured shampoo on my all on my body making sure not to get it in my eyes. I think Zayn scrubbed one of my bruises a bit to hard and I howled in pain splashing him dramatically.

He looked playfully annoyed, next Louis got shampoo in my eyes and I splashed him too but it didn't slide. He dunked my head under water for a second. When I pulled my head back up I pretended I was gasping for air almost dying. He didn't buy it.

When they were done instead of waiting for them to slowly take me out of the tub. In revenge I jumped onto Louis when he wasn't expecting soaking him in water. I shook my fur getting Zayn wet before he could flee the sight.

Olivia followed in my example jumping out of the tub and shaking her fur and making a small puddle. Louis took a fluffy towel and started drying me. Zayn took a smaller towel and started drying Olivia.
Louis was drenched after what I did, "You'll pay for this later." he whispered in my ear softly. I rolled my eyes, I had won this battle.

"We have to talk." I said seriously remembering our minor communication problems...He nodded leading me out of the room. I turned back into my human form again.

"Zayn watch Olivia for a little bit." I asked him nicely. He looked confused but nodded carrying her in his arms. She looked content and wasn't upset we were leaving... yet. Louis took my hand leading me out of the bathroom and down the stairs. We walked out of the back door and into the Forrest.
