Ivan took a step, guard up, they circulated each other, staring at each other, Cam threw another punch but he took a step back "Come on Ivan...you can't dodge me forever"

"Fine" he huffed and grabbed Cam's forearm and pinned her hand behind her back, she tried jerking away but he forced her to drop to her knees, she grunted and his breath fanned on her ear "Better luck next time"

He let go, letting her arm rest, and he grabbed the piece of paper, ready to leave and find

"Woah, where do you think your going? We have to cover you up" Cam reminded him pointin at his cheek and he rolled his eyes sitting down "I know you wanna see her but you can't do reckless shit. I promise I'll be quick "

Ivan huffed, he knew she was right, if he went out with his tattoo exposed, he would be instantly discovered for being the Alpha in the field, sometimes he wished for everything to be different.

Just be a normal 19 year old boy and enjoy his life rather than having to watch his back every time he went out, in fear of being discovered...

He couldn't help but think of Emilio... he always wanted to protect him, he missed him so much, if only he had listened to him, maybe everything would've been different. Ivan couldn't help the sadness that came over him

He could've done so many things differently, and yet, he didn't.

"All set" Cam set giving him a mirror, he examined his cheek, the tattoo was gone, he couldn't help but smile, at least now he could pretend he has normal and get away with it.

"Nice.." he murmured quite impressed

"I'm good at what I do Martinez "

He took Black Panther and drove away from the hell he lived in, it was hard to explain but as he went further and further he felt a weight being lift from his shoulders, even if it was for a minute, the Spanish boy couldn't help but feel free.

She crossed his mind, and he felt different... eager and scared even... how would she react? Maybe Eve had already forgotten about him, this was stupid, he had met the girl ONCE where was this all coming from?

The day was slow, boring, and Eve couldn't think of something worse than this, this is exactly why she refused to take AP classes, but of course her uncle forced her to saying that he wouldn't let a mind like hers go to waste.

She regretted giving in to her uncle, now she heard the seconds go by in the clock in front of her, but she was too focused on him. On remembering every single one of his features, the smallest details she could remember were brought back to life thanks to her notebook and the box of pencils next to her.

She was doing the last touch ups of his distinctive tattoo, the sharp ends that gave the illusion of a bird, she had never seen anything like that, it was simply unique but at the same time Eve felt she had seen a tattoo similar to that one somewhere else... but where?

The drawing was done. It looked so much like him it was scary, how the shades gave such depth to the drawing, but his eyes... oh god, his eyes. Coloring only his eyes and leaving everything else on the pencil was definitely a good choice.

His eyes were the main focus in both the drawing and back at the club, she smiled to herself feeling proud of being able to bring back those mysterious eyes she couldn't stop thinking about.

Eve looked around watching as everyone was already starting to leave, she decided to waste no more time and the black haired girl started packing up her things calmly, and then throwing it over her shoulder.

Walking away from the classroom she decided to plug in her earphones to her phone and let the music blast through her ears so she wouldn't had to deal with her surroundings, she just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

Stepping outside of school was somehow liberating, she took off one of the earphones and before she made any other move a voice spoke.

"Genevieve Mallory..." The girl froze, chills ran down her spine, it couldn't really be him, could it? Eve turned on her heels.

Fuck, he was there.

Leaning effortlessly against the wall while finishing the cigarette he was smoking, he placed the cigarette-almost fully consumed-in between his teeth, Ivan then decided to hide his hands in the pockets of his jeans.

It was just then when he finally looked at her, mesmerizing as always.

Unconsciously she held tighter on the strap of her backpack, her heart beats seemed to slow down but at the same time get stronger, her heart ached and at this point she didn't knew if she was breathing properly.

It was unbelievable how much he could mess with her with something as simple as looking at her. Why? Why did she let him do this? Ivan smiled letting the cigarette fall off of his mouth to the pavement. He stepped on it letting the remains of the fire die underneath his footwear.

He walked over to her slowly, teasing her, one foot after the other and as always never taking his eyes off her. While she stood there, waiting for him.

Then she noticed, the distinctive mark on his cheek was gone, his face was clear aside from the small trace of facial hair that began to rise in his chin. What had happened to his tattoo?

Under the sunlight the side where the tattoo was glistened. He had used foundation to cover it, she could tell. But why? Her mind stopped, forgetting about her thoughts when she heard his voice once again

"It's a pleasure to see you again, gorgeous"
