I wore a very light pink dress, that was very simple. It was knee lengthed, and my shoes were black flats.
Everyone sat waiting for the priest to speak. Irek stood proudly near the holy water, in a white button top and white pants. He smirked as his hands seemed to be balled onto his pants.
"I hope this baptism gets you out of going out late every night." Ireks father said to Irek, who nodded respectively.
His parents sat down all the way in the front. His mother was busy on her phone, whilst his father was already walking out, with a phone in his ears.
I sat with the twins, one on my right, and one on my left. Sonia and Rahul sat down near the end of the aisle.
Sonia was clutching his arm happily but was looking at Cabir. Whilst Rahul was busy, texting on his phone.
"Alright," The priest started, and waited. Everyone put their phones away respectively. Ireks father still hadn't come back yet.
"This is going to be wicked," Cabir whispered grinning.
"Totally wicked." Imran agreed.
"Ok, whats going on?" I asked wanting to be in the loop.
"Just watch." Irek giggled.
The priest proceeds to apply a cross into Ireks head.
"Irek, be sealed with the gift of holy spirit."
Irek started to giggle silently, and Imran can't stop the smile from breaking out.
"Amen," Irek said aloud with full confidence.
"This is his tenth time getting baptized," Imran whispered.
Woah.
"Peace be with you." The Priest said, and Irek jumped into the pool of holy water. Rahul put his phone down and looked up.
Instantly the water started to bubble, and it turned black.
The priest jumped, "YOU'RE WITH THE DEVIL! AHHH!"
Everyone ran out of their, running for their lives. Ireks mother didn't know what had happened and just had put her phone down. She saw what happened to Irek and shook her head and walked out.
Imran, Irek, and Rahul started to crack up laughing. Sonia and I only started to realize that this was a joke.
"Why did you guys do that?" Sonia asked as I started to giggle thinking about the whole ordeal.
"Because they need to stop baptizing me!" Irek said coming out of the pool, that was filled in black.
"What was that?" I asked taking a step closer to the pool and was hit with a peppermint smell.
"Peppermint black Bubblebath bomb," Cabir said laughing really hard.
