A Wee Problem

So, for those who don't know, my laptop belongs to my school. They hand them out a few weeks before school starts and now that the school year is coming to an end and students are returning them for the next school year. I believe I'm turning mine in on Wednesday so after that, updates will be slow. So, my question is are you guys okay if I updated and your requests are slow or would you rather have me write on my phone which will be shitty. I won't be able to write on my laptop when I'm home because there are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many damn restrictions. No Wattpad, no Instagram, no YouTube, no Twitter, no Pinterest, no Devianart, nada. I can only play Roblox(don't judge) or Minecraft. That's about it. I can go onto google docs and anything else that's related to google but that's about it. Anyway, please answer my question. Thanks for reading!
