Chapter 20

The DJ slowly nods in agreement and speaks into his mic, "Akira and his friend won round one... Now for the next round... " he pauses for a second, "Seeing as G5 just got smoked by a former member the next round is going to be in G5's favor."

"GET ON WITH IT ALREADY!!!"

"This round's category is Girl Power! Akira and his buddy start first since they won last round."

Keith and Lance exchange looks and Keith mouths the words, "Just follow my lead like last time."

Lance nods and lets Keith grab the crowd's attention. Instead of just singing right away Keith goes for a song with some talking, "After all you put me through, you'd think I'd despise you. But in the end, I wanna thank you, 'cause you made me that much stronger."

Lance catches on to Keith's plan and exchanges a small smile with him as Keith continues except this time singing, "Well I thought I knew you, thinkin' that you were true. Guess I, I couldn't trust, called your bluff, time is up! 'Cause I've had enough! You were there by side, always down for the ride. But your joy ride just came down in flames 'cause your greed sold me out in shame. After all of the stealing and cheating, you probably think that I hold resentment for you. But uh-uh, oh no, you're wrong, 'Cause if it wasn't for all that you tried to do, I wouldn't know just how capable I am to pull through! So I-"

Zethrid shakes her head and takes the mic from Ezor, "I can do it like a brother! Do it like a dude! Grab my crotch," Instead of doing that movement she grabs the top of her jeans, "wear my hat low like you!" She pulls her baseball cap down, "Do it like a brother! Do it like a dude! Grab my crotch, wear my hat low you!"

Ezor and Axca join in while Lotor stands off to the side with a proud look on his face. Narti just stands there slightly, petting Kova, as the rest of the girls continue, "We can do it like the man'dem, man'dem! We can do it the man'dem,"

Ezor takes over for a second, "Sugar, sugar, sugar!"

"We can do it like the man'dem, man'dem! We can do it like the man'dem!"

"Sugar, sugar, sugar!"

Zethrid takes the mic, "Boom! Boom!" She stomps twice, "Pull me a beer! No pretty drinks, I'm-"

Keith, who is leaning against Lance at this point, rolls his eyes and stops Zethrid, "I used to hold my freak back! Now I'm letting go!", He moves away from Lance, "I make my own choice! Bitch, I run this show!" He smirks and looks G5 up and down, "So leave the lights on. No, you can't make me behave!" 

Lance, now in the DJ's booth sings the "Hey, Hey, Hey!"  and Keith continues.

"So you say I'm complicated! That I must be out my mind!" Keith does the insane motion, "But, you had me underrated, rated, rated!"

Suddenly the Lights start flicking and a dim one shrines on Keith. Lance is nowhere to be found unless you check to control room...

"What's wrong with being, what's wrong with being, what's wrong with being confident? What's-"

The normal club lights come back on and Axca takes over, "What they say is true. If it's true, I won't get mad at you! I may talk a lot of stuff. Guaranteed, I can back it up! I think I'mma call your bluff! Hurry up, I'm walkin' out front!"

While this is all going down, Narti has dragged Lance out of the control room and back to Keith. She shoves Lance towards Keith and mumbles, "This is yours..." and walks back over to the girls and Lotor and takes Kova from Zethrid.

Ezor takes the mic, "Just gimme you, just gimme you! Just gimme you-"

"You say you love me. I say you crazy. We're nothing more than friends!", Keith cuts Ezor off causing her to pout a little, "You're not my lover,"
