cglre stands for caregiver, little regression; it means there is a person (caregiver) responsible to take care of the other (little) that regresses to a younger headspace, it can be little-space (3-9) or baby-space (newborn-2), it depends. there's also middles (10-17)! if i'm not wrong with the ages this is exactly it (i'm not familiar with middle space as i never regressed like that! ♡
cglre is different than age play, because cglre is when we really regress to cope with stress/anxiety/trauma or just because we are naturally childish or love being littles and it's who we are. age play is when someone is just pretending to be kids and they do the naughty while using kids toys/dressing like kids cause they are kinky. age regressors aren't like that.
don't confuse these two different things, pretty please with a cherry on top.
cglre, or agere (age regression), is a very valid and adorable coping mechanism while age play/cgl/abdl/tbdl/ddlg/variants are kinks and in this household we DON'T support those.
it makes me REALLY uncomfy *pouts* so respect me and other age regressors!
