*Bella's POV*

Sunday

It's Sunday afternoon and I'm packing my stuff getting ready to go home. This week has actually been great. I thought I was going to hate it here but I had fun! Noah and I got really close we connected once we met. He's a little weird and tends to use big words a lot but that's fine. I'm weird too.

"Awe I'm going to miss you!" Noah says throwing himself onto the bed.

"So am I!" I say closing my luggage.

"Please be back soon." He says.

"I kind of think Liam hates me." I say checking the room making sure I'm not missing anything.

"Why?" He asks sitting up.

"He probably thinks I took you away from him." I say.

"Bella, we're eighteen." He tells me.

"That's why he acts petty towards me?" I left my eyebrow.

"Oh come on! Liam is like that." Noah chuckles. "I'll help you." He says grabbing my luggage.

"Thank you." I say and we exit the room.

We go downstairs and my dad is ready to take me home. I say my goodbyes and my father and I walk out the house.

*Shawn's POV*

"So you're staying till Bella comes?" Alessia asks me.

"Yes!" I smile.

"Alright. Just asking because last time you didn't want to talk to her on the phone." She tells me.

"I know it's cause I was nervous, and I felt like I wasn't ready. I let her down and I feel bad for it. I've been an idiot many times towards her." I say ashamed.

"Sometimes people just need time." She tries to comfort me.

"Yeah." I half smile.

Am I ready to see her? What if it's awkward?

"Shawn I have a question." Alessia says.

"Yes?" I reply.

"Your song... It's amazing." She tells me.

"Thank you." I say waiting for the question.

"Who is it about?" She squints her eyes.

"I uh... Well, I got inspired being here. It brought back a lot of memories." I say getting shy.

"So it's about the house?" Alessia laughs.

"It's about Bella." I say looking down at the floor."I feel my cheeks getting a bit red.

"You're so adorable." Alessia chuckles.

  bzzz bzzz bzzz

My phone goes off, I take it out and it's Andrew.

Great, what does he want?!

I decline his call and he calls again.

Ugh, he's so annoying.

*Phone Call*

Shawn: Yes?

Andrew: Why'd you decline?

Shawn: I'm working on a song. I'm working.

Andrew: Oh great! I'm going to be at your house by three. We're going to have a meeting and I want to hear this new song.

Shawn: Uh, alright. It's finished. I think you're going to like it.

Andrew: See you then.

*End of phone call*
