*Shawn's POV*

"see you tomorrow." Andrew says.

"Goodbye." I say closing the door.

Finally, he left.

"AALIYAH!" I yell and run up the stairs.

"What happened?!?" She says coming out of her room.

"What in the world did you do?!!?" I ask her.

"What are you talking about?" She asks confused.

"You followed Bella on Instagram!?!?" I nearly shout.

"Oh yeah." She giggles.

"WHy?!?!" I yell.

"Calm down Shawn. It's not that serious."

"Aaliyah yes it is!" I try being patient with her.

"No, no it's not Shawn." She says with a blank stare.

"That's why Andrew is on my ass for it?!? He thinks I'm f*cking talking to her. If I do anything I want to do it lowkey!" I nearly shout. "Why do you gotta ruin things?"

"Didn't you go see her anyways?!?! Why are you so afraid?!" She yells back.

"I didn't see her so that doesn't count!" I fight back.

"But you tried," Aaliyah tells me.

"Aaliyah you've got to unfollow her now. The media is going to bring this all up again. I don't need this. Bella doesn't need this." I tell her.

"No." Aaliyah says.

"I'm not asking I'm telling you to!" I shout.

"I don't care! You can't tell me who I can or can't follow!"

*Bella's POV*

"And we're here." My father says pulling up to my driveway.

"Glad I'm home," I say opening the door to the car.

"Oh come on, you're going to act like you didn't have a good time?" Father questions.

"I did till I got in the car with you." I fake smile.

He rolls his eyes and knocks on the door.

My mom quickly opens the door and I run into her arms.

"Mom!!" I hug her tightly. "I missed you so so much."

" I did too honey." She says hugging me back.

"Want to come in?" She says to my dad.

I grab my luggage from him and put it down.

"How was it?" My mom asks.

"I think Bella had a good time." He smiles.

"I did until I got into the car with him. I met my stepbrother Noah and he's so cool!" I tell her.

"That's good." She smiles. "Go take your luggage upstairs."

"Okay! Can I just get my phone back?" I ask dad.

"Here you go." He hands it to me and I place it in my back pocket.

I go up the stairs and start to snoop into their conversation. For a fact, I know that they're about to have a talk.

"What did Bella mean by that?" My mother asks my dad.

"She just got upset because I shared my opinion about that Shean boy." He says.

"It's Shawn, and you have no right to. Why are you still bringing it up?! It's been months since that." She tells him.

"I have every right, you need to stop forgetting that I am her father!" He tells her.
