Rayvan's Point of View.

Standing next to Cedric as we waited to be brought to Hogsmeade I just kept getting more and more excited. "...Should your behavior reflect poorly on the school that privilege shall not be extended again." I felt bad for Harry his uncle never signed the form,

Remus as my guardian/parent signed which let me go. "No permission form signed, no visiting the village, that's the rule, Potter." McGonagall said sadly, then stepped down the steps with Filtch. "Those with permission, follow me. Those without, stay put." He said glaring at Harry.

But he was ignored while the rest of us followed Filtch as instructed. I watched from over Cedric's arm, worried about Harry. He on his own was a recipe for disaster. "Come on, he'll be alright." Cedric said in my ear, getting my attention,

nodding I took one last look and saw Harry staring after us. I tried to apologize with my eyes and he seemed determined nonetheless to get to Hogsmead. So I looked forward and we left the school.

It was all very brilliant, the stores the shops and the cafés. I think I spent more time in the book store than most others. With my nose in a book, Cedric had to carry me out. "Sorry, love. I couldn't help it." I said apologizing he smiled and nodded,

"I know that's why it's so adorable." He said kissing my nose. Blushing I blew my warm breath on my chilled hands. "Here, let me." Ced said taking my hands and holding them close to his chest and cupping them in his own warmer than mine, hands. "I want to tell you something." He said focusing on my fingers,

"what is it?" I asked curious as to what he could ask, "next year, I'll be old enough to participate in the Triwizard Tournament, and I was hoping you would support me if I get chosen." My heart fell, "I..." I started but stopped, his grey eyes locked on mine, closing mine for a moment I took a deep breath,

"I will...but don't expect me to be happy about it." He frowned "why?" "Cedric, champions die in that tournament if they're not careful, why else would you think I wouldn't like it!" I said my voice rising to a shout, "I'm sorry I thought it was because you didn't trust me!" He said shouting back,

"and why wouldn't I not trust you! It's the tournament I don't trust! You have alway had my trust and I..." I had to stop, or I would have started to cry. "And I will always believe in you but if you still wish to be part of that death game, count me out."

I said pulling my hands free I walked off my tears pouring out in rivers.

I was on my way to the common rooms when everyone stopped on the stairs. "What's going on?" I asked sniffling a bit and rubbing my eyes dry. Harry turned to see me and frowned, "what happened?" He asked laying a gentle hand on m shoulder.

"I asked first." I joked back, he smiled and shrugged, "let me through, excuse me! I'm head-boy!" Percy said pushing through the small crowd of Gryffindor's. Suddenly Ginny was in front of us and was telling us that the fat lady was missing, heading back down the stairs I looked around and found her hidden behind a Hippo,

about to ask her what ha happened but I was cut off by Dumbledore. "Dear lady, who did this to you?" He asked sweetly, laying his hand on my shoulder when he notice me, whimpering she poked her head up from behind the hippo, "eyes like the devil, he's got, and a soul as dark as his name."

She looked around terrified I already knew who had attacked her and it wasn't my father, wiggling free I went down the stairs calmly and made sure no body was looking and ran to find Remus.
