Your POV It's been a 3 days since we went to the beach. Today we were having a sleepover at my house. Ned, Peter, and Mj, were all coming over and staying over the whole weekend. The house was ready. And everything was set up in the living room. I already went to the store earlier to get snacks. Mom and Dad we're away in Virginia for the week. Mom was getting used to the new work area and Dad decided to go along with her to see his friends.
(As I was editing this, I read the words "new work", and almost capitalized the word "New because I thought I wrote "New York" not "new work".😂)
I hear the doorbell ring, I get up from the couch and head over to the door. I check through the peephole just to make sure. After checking I then opened the door to reveal, Peter, Mj, and Ned. I smile at all of them and let them in.
They all come in and I lead them to where we will be sleeping. They put all their stuff down and we head back to the living room, we sit down on the floor on the fluffy rug we have. "So what do you want to do first?"I ask "What are the options?" Mj asks "Games, Movies, baking..." I say listing off everything I had planned. "Or whatever you guys wanted to do." I finish, smiling.
"Wanna play Uno?" Ned asks "Sure!" I say "Ok." Mj replies "Yup!" Peter says
I get up and go to the game room we had. Moms job was pretty big. I mean she had a pretty big role in the company, but she was announced CEO a few months ago, then we found out she had to move to the main facility in Virginia.
I looked through the card games and finally found Uno. I went back to the living room and sat down next in my original spot. I shuffled them. I dealt out 7 cards to everyone and put the rest in a pile next to the first card. I looked at my deck. Good cards.

Ned put down a yellow. Number 4. This was my chance to get back at Peter for giving me that plus 2 after reversing the direction we were going in. Then Mj reversed back a few turns later.

I put down a plus 4 that also changes the color of the cards. Ned burst out laughing and Mj just smirked. I laugh evilly immediately after placing the card down. Peter glared at me and took 4 cards from the deck.

"What color is it?" Mj asks I looked at all my cards and saw that I had mostly blue. "Blue." I say casually. Mj puts down a blue 9. Ned looks through his cards. He found a card and put it down. It was a blue 2.
I put down one of my cards. It was a 9.
"UNO!" I exclaim.
Peter then put down a red 9. I glared at him, but, he didn't know. After Mj and Ned went it was my turn and I placed down the color changing card. "STRATEGY!" I exclaim as I fall over backwards.
