Your POV

I was at the cafe drinking y/f/d, and eating y/f/f.

I was reading my book and I checked the time.
It was 9:18
I had to get back to the apartment.

I get up throw my trash away and stash my book into my purse/ mini backpack/ backpack.

(Idk what u guys would like so I put those 3😂)

Even though I'm 22 and I can stay out later then when I was in high school, I still wanted to get home early.

Plus 9:30 was when my husband, Peter, would call me.

He was away right now with The Avengers.

After graduating high school Peter decided to actually join the Avengers, he chose not to do it in sophomore year, but eventually he decided to do so.

I walk out of the cafe and start the trek home.

I was at the crosswalk and all of a sudden a car comes zooming out of nowhere and there was a little kid crossing the street with his mom.

They didn't notice the car.

They were about to get hit and I pushed them out of the way.

Then I blacked out.

3rd person POV

Ned sees you and was about to go up to say hi.
He was on his way home to his wife, Michelle Jones. Well, now she was Leeds. Everyone still called her Mj though.
He was about to say hi until he saw you push the mother and son out of the way and you got hit by the car instead.

Ned comes running up to you.

He looks over you.

"SOMEONE CALL 9-1-1!" He exclaims

Everyone  gets their phones out and one of them gets on the phone quickly.

"There's a lady here. She's been hit by a car." A man says.

Ned checks your breathing.

Your not breathing.

He starts doing CPR.

He was certified to do so, he took a class back in his Junior year.

He checks your breathing again and you're still not breathing.

He does it again and you finally breathe.

But you were unconscious.

The ambulance arrives and they take you to the hospital.

Ned goes with you.

Once they're at the hospital and you're  in surgery Ned calls Peter.

Peters POV.

I try to call Y/n, usually at this time I would call her.

I check the time again. It's 9:40.

As I was about to press her name on my phone Ned's face pops up.

I press accept and hold the phone up to my ear.

"Hey Ned." I say smiling.

"Hey Peter. Listen... it's about Y/n." He says

My smile falls and I frown slightly.

"What happened?" I ask worriedly.

"She...she saved a mother and sun but she got injured. She got hit by the car instead. Peter it's really bad." He says
