Your POV I went to set with Tom. But I was sick. It's a good thing today was my break and I wasn't filming anything. Tom just wanted me to come with him so he could check up on me every now and then after filming or before filing or while he was on his lunch break.
I was sitting on the couch in lounge when suddenly everyone bursts into the room. And they were still in costume. "You're sick?!" Robert exclaims throwing his hands up into the air. I just nod. "MY BABY." Scarlett says hugging me. She was like my mom sometimes even though she's only 12 years older than me.
Everyone was basically my family. We were all family in the MCU. "Will you be ok?" Sebastian asks "Yeah." I say and nod. "Hope you feel better Y/n." Elizabeth says They all agree and walk out the door. Except for Tom. "Are you sure you'll be ok?" Tom asks holding my hands. "Mmhm." I reply and nod He smiles softly and kisses my forehead. Then he lets go of my hands and walks out the door.
3rd Person POV Meanwhile...
*In the meeting room*
Robert called the cast to the meeting room they had on set. Everyone was talking until Robert came up to the front of a board, ruler in hand. Everyone stops talking and looks at him. "We are gathered here today, to talk about Y/n." He says "What is it Robert?" Chris Evans asks "Is this about her being sick?" Chris Pratt asks "What are we doing this time?" Chris Hemsworth asks
"I have a plan." He says Tom looks at him confusedly. Robert flips the board around. And there was a bunch of writing and drawings on it. "It's called... 'Operation get Y/n to feel better.' Or O.G.Y.T.F.B." He says slamming the ruler onto the board. "What's the plan Iron Man?" Anthony Mackie asks "We all go to the store. And get Y/n what she needs. We split up into groups and get in then out with what we needed." Robert says
Everyone nods. "EVERYONE TO THEIR STATIONS!" He exclaims throwing his hand up in the air. They all look at him confusedly. "Your trailers." Robert says putting his hands down. Everyone says "ohhhh" and they all head to their trailers to change out of their suits. It took Tom a while because he had to get the suit off, then he had to take the suit off, then the under armor, then the boots, it was a whole process. He had to film in to because the iron spider suit hasn't made its way into the film yet.
They all get into their cars and drive off. Meanwhile Y/n was asleep in her trailer. After spending some time in the lounge she went to her trailer to get some sleep.
Everyone else gets to the store and they all meet at the front. They huddle up into a group circle. "Ok. So. Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Scarlett,Benedict,Zoe, and Josh go get the medicine.
Tom Holland, Elizabeth Olsen, Me, Karen Gillian, David Bautista, and Chris Pratt go get the food.
Everyone else go get what you think she might need." Robert says
"AVENGERS ASSEMBLE! Except for the Guardians and Josh." Robert yells as everyone splits up to go find what they needed.
And somehow they all got lost. It was a huge flipping store with 2 FLIPPING STORIES. Plus every now and then fans would go up to them and ask for photos and autographs. "WE WILL NEVER FIND THE PHARMACY." Josh exclaims. Scarlett grabs him by the shoulders and shakes him. "WE WILL FIND IT YOU HEAR ME?!" She yells. He just nods violently.
Meanwhile with Roberts group. "Ok. How did we end up with this?" Robert says motioning to the cart. Which was filled with ice cream and vegetables. And fruit. And chips, also hot pockets. And there were... avengers action figures? "I don't know." Tom says "How long have we been here?" Elizabeth asks Tom looks at his watch. His eyes widen. "15 minutes?! IT FELT LIKE A FLIPPING HOUR!" He exclaims throwing his hands up in the air. "It's ok... everyone else is trying too." Robert reassures.
Meanwhile with Chris Hemsworth's group. They found the pharmacy. "WHOOP!" Chris exclaims and everyone starts cheering and dancing. They find the medicine that Y/n needed and put them all into the cart.
With the others. "Chris." Mark says "Yeah?" Chris asks "How did we end up here?" Mark says motioning to everything around him.
They were in the baby section looking at baby clothes.
"My friend is expecting ok?!" Chris says "But... WERE HERE FOR Y/N!" Mark exclaims throwing his hands up in the air. Then they start arguing.
Mackie and Sebastian found their way into the toy section, found action figures of Spider-Man and started yelling at them. They even found a life sized statue of him and took a photo in front of it.

While Don, Chadwick, Pom, Danai, Latitia, and Paul got Y/n blankets, pillows, and tissues.
Eventually they all met up again at the front after paying for everything and then drove back to set. Y/n was now awake and watching Spider-Man Homecoming on her computer. Everyone goes to her trailer and gives her what they bought. She pauses the movie as she watched them in confusion. They wrapped her around in blankets, placed the pillows behind her, put the food into the fridge and freezer, and put the medicine she needed on the table.
"You did this for me?" She asks "Of course." Pom says "You're family." Latitia says "We care about you." The Chris's day in unison. She just smiles at them. "Thank you all so much." She says "You didn't have to go through all that trouble." She says "It's fine Y/n. It was our choice to help." Tom Hiddleston says.
Then everyone left because they had to go film. But Tom came up to her and sat next to her holding her hand. "We did it because we love and care about you darling." He says. "But..... you guys didn't have to do this... you went through a lot of trouble." She says Tom kisses her on the forehead. "Anything for my future wife." He says resting his forehead against his fiancés forehead. "I love you." She says "I love you too." He replies
