Silently we all sat at the long dinning room table. Me and Ivan sat across from each other sitting on the width of the rectangle. The Baltics sat side by side cluster together in the middle to my left, which would've been Russia's right. The tension was crazy, to be honest I'm a person who hated having all the attention in situations like these but this was just too much to bear. At last I  spoke up "Hey Lithuania this food is amazing! What is it?" "Oh thank you it's Pirozhki, a famous traditional Russian dish." I could see Ivan grinning from across. "You like Russian food?" I shrugged "well yeah this is pretty good,  it sure beats hamburgers." The sounds of tableware clinking against plates echoed, all eyes fell on me flabbergasted. Latvia stated "B-but Miss. ______ I thought hamburgers America's Holy-land!?"  I flicked my wrist in a gesture of dislike "Psshhh- yeah of course they are, I mean don't get me wrong they're good and all but not as an everyday thing like some people do," I could feel the sweat drops starting to form. "Anyway all I'm saying is I would decline the offer, I don't want a heart attack from licking my fingers clear of grease." Shivering at the thought. God how I hated grease. Estonia grinned muttering more to himself "I can't wait to tell Mr. America about this."  For some reason I felt as though I made a bad mistake for insulting the meaty meal. I sighed sweat dropping once more, Oh well.

After that it seemed the conversation had died and eventually the trio finished their food abandoning me with the Russian. The atmosphere definitely changed, it wasn't so brutal or on-edge. Now the platinum-ette decided to kill the silence this time  "It is funny to have someone still here eating with me," wearing a cheerful smile the man finished his statement "I am quite grateful for that. How do you like your room little one?" I blushed a little, Why did he have to call me that. "It's very nice actually, I'm so relieved that I have a place to stay. Ehe, I think I should be the one thanking you. I don't know how I could possibly make up for this." He put an elbow on the table holding his head. A mischievous smirk spread cheek to cheek. "Oh no little one, the pleasure is all mine. However," the expression changed instantly as he sat back up. Bipolar much? "if you ever find anything to be wrong please let me know, my room is to the left of yours." And even he's concerned, what a shocker. Oh well, sigh, this guy is letting me stay after all, I shouldn't think rude of him. He's just trying to be nice. I put a friendly smile on "Will do."

I finished my meal right around when Ivan cleaned off his. To be honest I was kinda hoping for that to happen, I was still unfamiliar with the mansion so I could of easily lost my way. He giggled at me for being so clueless but thankfully he lead the way. At last when we made it I told the man I appreciated his help and was about to head in only to stop at the sensation of my wrist being grabbed once more. "W-wait before you go could I ask, what did Lithuania tell you earlier?" The question completely threw me off guard "Oh that, he just told me the same thing you did. You know like see him if I need help, stay out of trouble, etc." The Russian slowly released me. "Oh I see,"  he regained his composure. "Sorry to ask such a thing." I waved him off reassuringly "Nah it's cool don't worry about it. Anyway," pointing a thumb at the door that stood behind "Im gonna go to bed, good night Ivan." His eyes grew big seeming to be shocked by my words, then he beamed back "спокойной ночи _____." Speaking his native language and then left.
