NAPALINGON ang lahat sa conference room nang pumasok si Liam. Agad nameywang si Zoey na siyang tumatayo bilang presiding officer ng meeting. "Glad you came... late, Liam."

He removed his wig and sunglasses, revealing a blonde hair and blue eyes. Malapad siyang ngumiti. "Better late than never." Tapos nilingon niya ang sambakol na mukha ni Hailey at umupo sa tabi nito.

Sa mahinang boses ay binalingan siya ni Hailey. "Stop doing that."

"What? It's not as if I'm always late in meetings. I happen to be hungry. Ngiti ka na riyan." Pinisil niya ang pisngi nito. Umayos siya nang upo at tiningnan ang presentation slide sa harapan. "Oh! By the way..." Bumulong siya sa manager niya. "That's what you get from pissing me off."

Hailey just rolled her eyes upwards and resume taking notes of the meeting's discussion.

Nilibot ni Liam ang paningin sa loob ng conference room. Halos andoon lahat ng mga modelo ng Prima Nova - Philippines. Iyong may mga commitments, manager  ng mga ang tumatayong representative. "Oy!" Nakangiti niyang tango sa mga kakilalang modelo.

The meeting is about the Prima Nova's Annual Social Community Outreach. Every year, as part of upholding the positive image of the entertainment agency, models are assigned with tasks that have something to do with the community. Paraan ito ng Prima Nova para turuan ang mga modelo nila na huwag lumaki ang ulo at marunong lumingon sa kanilang pinanggalingan. The assignments mostly spans from giving out uniforms to the street sweepers, working in an animal shelter, teaching on urban places and the likes.

Liam is twirling his wig on his fingers as he was listening to Zoey laying the schedules. Dahil masiyadong abala ang mga modelo, pahirapan ang pagsingit sa assignments.

"This time..." May kinuha si Zoey na isang basong may lukot na mga papel sa loob. "..we'll have a fair draw of the assignments."

Napansin ni Liam na umani ito ng mga ungol sa ibang modelo. 'Huh? What's up with them?'

"And I heard whines." Tumaas ang isang kilay ni Zoey. "May gustong mag reklamo? Ibahin natin ang mga assignments ngayon. Kung noon, sanay na kayo sa parati ninyong assignment. We'll do rotations this year. Inaabuso niyo na kasi. Nagbabayad kayo ng mga tao para gawin ang gawain ninyo."

Kung ang nakatoka sa isang modelo ay pagtuturo ng mga bata, yun kasi uli ang gagawin nito sa susunod na taon, at sa darating pa. Some models paid other people to do their dirty works which defeats the purpose of Community Outreach.

"Let's start," Lahad ni Zoey sa baso. "You, Kyla. Pick one paper in the glass and tell me the number."

Kumuha naman ang morenang modelo at binasa ang numero na nakasulat sa papel. "Forty-one."
