✨Recently I have been having really bad anxiety attacks, I've ended up in the hospital over this past week and it's been really stressful lately. ✨
✨I've tried to push through and continue writing but it's not helping my anxiety at all at this point. ✨
✨I've been going to a counselor and during this week I'm taking a break from the internet entirely. ✨
✨The reason for my anxiety is my low self esteem and because of how much of a hypochondriac I am. ✨
