Riley P.O.V

I get multiple messages from Cash but I can't reply, I don't want to. I was serious when I told him it's over. I can no longer play his games and keep up with him. It's hopeless.
I think maybe I'll change my number today.
Actually yes! I will.

I toss my shoes on and head out my apartment and into my car.
I drive down the street to the phone store.
I enter the store and am greeted by a guy.

"Hello Ms. How can I help you today?" He asks

"Yes. I want to change my number"

"Name?" He asks looking at his computer screen

"Riley Galindo"

He typed it into his computer

"Okay and your current number is 216-552-009. Correct?" He asks and grabs a piece of paper

"Yes"

"Alright you're new number is 216-397-239" he hands me the paper and types more stuff in the computer. I nod.

"Thank you so much"

"Welcome Ms. Have a good day" he says

I walk out the store and into my car. Good now Cash can't bother me. I message Audrey.

Me: hey it's Riley. i changed my number. don't tell Cash

Audrey: gotcha

I delete Cash's number. "Goodbye" I say to myself and out my AUX cord in my iPhone and start playing my music and drive to a restaurant.

I go to Larry's Diner and sit at the counter and order a coffee and a donut. I just need to be here at my favorite place and chill out. I read a book that I had in my purse and drink my coffee and eat my donut in peace. Honestly telling Cash I'm done is the most empowering and best things I've ever done.
I finish up my chapter and turn around and leave a tip.

I head to my car and go to the studio. I have to record some songs and write with the band.
The studio is a few buildings down from Cash's I head inside and go the floor I'm supposed to be on. I don't see Ricky.

"Are you Riley?" A female voice says, I turn around.

"Yeah" I walk towards her.

"Great! The band is on the way and I will take you to your studio and producer" she says and leads me to my studio.

Woahhhh my studio looks so cool! Like a dimly lit lounge, and then there's a door to a room that leads to the actual sound board and my recording room. Each member from the band has a room to record in. This looks way bigger and better than Cash studio he records in.
I turn around see Blaze down the hall.

"Hey Riley" he says walking in the door.

"Hey"

"You ready to do this" he smiles

I smile back "of course"

Marco and Jake walk in.

"Hey Riley" Hey both say

"Hey guys!"

They put their stuff down and we all sit at the table.
"Okay so, I've got some lyrics and I'm going to sing them for you and we're going to make an album" I say straight up.
"Damn straight to the point" Jake chuckles,
I shrug and smile, "I just know what I want"
He nods "I get it" he says grabbing his guitar.
"Okay so, this one is called Write Your Name"
I start to sing and we make up a few beats.
After the practice we head into out separate studios rooms and record our parts.

A few hours pass and we have a whole album almost ready. I'm still writing multiple songs. But once my album is done I'm going to perform a few times and send out some hits and then release the album. I'm excited.
We wrap up the last song and we all leave the out rooms. I get my things and call Audrey.

"Hey girly" she answers

"Heyy, so wanna get drinks? I just got done recording at the studio"

"Yes! Let's go. Let's go to The Rage!" She says excited.

"Yes! Okay I'll be home in a bit"

"Okay byeee"

"Bye bye"

I walk out the studio and drive home.
