"Oh my god" I say feeling my heart break. My baby...
"Yo, we gotta find this place and you need to talk to your girl Cash. What happened? I thought you went over there to make things right and help her!? Youve seen multiple bad reviews and tabloids about her binging and partying wildly!" Slim yells
"I did! I did! She didn't even let me speak and threw me out!" I say panicking.
Slim sighs and looks shocked, as do I.
"I need to fly to Cleveland.." I say pulling myself together.
"It says here she's been there for 3 weeks now at some place called Greendale Rehab Center" he says reading the article.
"Okay uhm, cancel all my interviews, appointments and everything. I'm going to go and see her now." I say frantically packing my bags.
"And if she doesn't want to see you..?" He says following me
"She can't say no if she doesn't know anything about me coming, plus I'm gonna contact Audrey." I say pulling my phone
"Audrey hates you though?" He says confused
"She does. But she's been keeping me updated on her, just can't believe she didn't tell me this. It's HUGE!" I say
"Look I gotta go just stay here at my penthouse, do whatever I don't care just don't trash it. I'll be back in a few days, hopefully with Riley" I say about to walk out.
"Wait." He says
"What?"
"Good luck bro" he says and pats my back, I nod and walk out the door running to the elevator. I press the button to the garage and bolt to my car.
I know damn well I'm breaking the speed limit but I'm racing to the hanger calling my pilot to get the jet ready and fueled to go.
This is insane. Once there I hop out my car and enter the jet taking a seat.
"Ready for take off?" The pilot asks
"Yes let's go!" I yell and off we go into the sky. I text Audrey.
Me: why didn't you tell me about the rehab!!?
Aud: it was supposed to be secret! How did you find out?
Me: I saw the tabloids, you better make sure she doesn't find out everyone knows.
Aud: on it. Are you coming?
Me: on my jet now.
Aud: good. Maybe this is what she needs? She can't say no to talking to you either because you're on the contact list. I personally wrote you down.
Me: deadass?
Aud: Cash... I may hate you at the moment but Riley misses you. She LOVES you. And Only You can possibly get through to her. I was lucky to even get her into this facility.
Me: wait.. you sent her there?
Aud: yes.
Aud: I had to. She was out of control dude..
Me: thank you. You're a really good friend Audrey. Honestly.
Aud: I try.
Me: I'll be there soon. Wait for me at the apartment.
Aud: will do.
Me: thank you.
Aud: no problem.
