okay, so this was suggested. also, don't question the title. has nothing to do with the story. this will be a short one as well

sabers pov~
I was sitting in the pen for fake saber, thinking, when I saw Lucas slowly walk through the rainbow town. he was walking really slowly, he was looking up to the sky, and he was blushing. alot. suddenly he ran into a tree, i laugh quietly. it seems to break him from his trance, and he blushes more. i stand up and walk over to him. "you okay?" i ask, helping him up (he fell). he nods. "yeah..." he trails off, blushig slightly. i smile warmly. he blushes more, i look up slightly. "we have a few more hours to burn, wanna build a machine?" i ask. he nods, "sure" we go to an empty spot. "what is this even for?" he asked. i smile, "i was thinking, what if we make a clone machine?" i suggest. he looks confused, "how in the world would we do that?" he asked. i laugh, "simple, follow my lead"

Lucas's pov-
I follow sabers instructions, trying not to blush. soon we finnish, "so how do we work this anyway?" i ask. he smiles, god, everytime he smiles I feel like I want to faint. "quite simple really..." i watch as he starts to explain. i smile, he's so cute like this. soon he finnished, "how long do you think rainbow will take?" saber asked. i shrug, "he went to see light. so who knows" we laugh, "so what now?" i ask. he smiles, "i want to show you something." he says. i nod, we fly up to the tree. he stands behind me, holding my shoulders. his head on my shoulder. i blush, he points out. "just watch" he talks in a low whisper that makes me blush. alot. the sun starts setting. "woah" I whisper. he smiles. we sit down, "it's so pretty" I say. he mumbles something, i don't hear. i smile softly, i lean my head down to the side. laying it softly on sabers shoulder. his breath hitched, then returned to normal. i smile, "can i tell you something?" i ask quietly.

he nods, "of course" "i like you alot. like more than a friend." i say quickly. he nods slowly, "i like you to Lucas." he says. i pull up my head, looking at him.

-third person-

the two boys lock eyes, Lucas slowly leans in. saber does so as well, soon the boys lock lips in a gentle yet passionate kiss. the sun sets completely in the back ground. the boys pull away for air, eyes opening. saber smirks, "how would you like to be my boyfriend?"

the eyes of their friend stares at them, wide eyed. then his mouth curved into a smirk. 'i won't ever let you live this down'
