Okay so let me explain how Dice can see things despite being blind.
Okay so I made have made a mistake.
Anyway Dice can tell what people are doing because people give off heat radiation.
Although Dice cannot see his brain gives off heat radiation of people.
Depending on the colors the brighter the color the brighter the heat is and the darker the color the heat is more less.
Due to being with the mother of the Zodlyck family He was also one of the kids dressed with imperfection so he mange to tell which color is which.
