Good morning  everyone I know alot people have been through depression before but that doesn't mean to quite ur life for depression and anxiety and forget about anything around us. Depression isn't  easy method to be forgotten but there is ways where u can reduce it and make it easier to make your life better and based on smile.

The best way to reduce depression  and stress

1.Is to talk with someone who feels you.
2. Talk with someone who have been with this situation and already find solution for it.
3. Talk with someone who is a good listener never get bored  of you.
4.Be with someone who loves talking with you 24h.
5.Be with someone who loves to see the good things and makes u feel like you are his favorite  queen.
6.Always get worried about you.
7.Always tell you  to do this and don't do that.
8.He loves  you.
9.He calls you when he feels you are down.
10.he misses you so much.
11.Eat and drink Green tea its good for depression and anxiety.

12.Read books and write  dairies about your life.
13.Speak and talk and express  your feeling to someone.

13.Cook and bake your favorite dessert.
14.Listen to music and text your friends and do silly jokes with them.

Drink water and always be hydrated.

Watch Netflix and more of  rest durning  sleeping.
