"What do you think?" Jimin said showing his phone to Jungkook. Jungkook looked judgementally. "Eh." He raised his shoulders. "excuse me?" Jimin said offended. "I mean it's good. very good! dear. i love it. and you" Jungkook said reassuring. the last word being said in a small voice its unaudible. Jimin scrunched his nose in that sentence. "Since when are we using 'dears'?" Taehyung teased the two boys. Only for Jimin to death glare him. "You're lucky we're in public now." Jimin threatened. "Anyways, when are we going to that river bay cruise?" Yoongi spoke up. "Cruise?" Jungkook question his eyes popping. "Ye." Yoongi nodded. "Cruise as in Tom Cruise?" "No. as in titanic cruise." "why titanic? I don't want to die." Taehyung pouted. "I'll be delighted if you would." Jimin sneered. "excuse–" "Look it's here!" Yoongi quickly pointed the boat to change the topic and take Jimin's attention to killing Taehyung and burying his body in his backyard befor setting it on fire and tell Taehyung's parents that his son sank with the titanic 2, if there was one. "Oh my god! that is so fetch!" Taehyung looked at the boat. " 'The hell's fetch?" Jungkook asked. "Oh, it's like a slang. From England." He smiled as he jumped into the boat. Shaking it. Jimin had rented the boat for the four of them, so the boat was empty. The boat sailed slowly from the bay into the river channels. There were buildings and malls left and right because the river was inside the town itself.

"That is where we're going tomorrow right?" Jungkook pointed the Marina bay. Taehyung and Yoongi just winced in confusion. "Since when?" they asked in unison. "Didn't Jimin told you?" Jungkook walked closer to Jimin who was avoiding their stares. "Jimin?" Yoongi spoke. "I-it's family stuff and, they asked me to go there and- I thought I'll bring him along.." Jimin said looking down. "As a date?" Taehyung asked him. "Wh-what no!" Jimin declined, looking up. His face flushed. "I-i just.. they asked me to bring a friend okay?" Jimin looked down. "A friend huh?" A nasty smile starts to appear on Taehyung's cheeks. Jungkook was taken aback. He wasn't comfortable being talked about like this in front of the others. Well, he likes Jimin. They even kissed yesterday. But being exposed was a whole new level.
"Well, if it's a date then i might just have to look like i'm yours, right Jimin?" He nervously spoke up, Taehyung and Yoongi both gasped at the sudden confession. "You know.. i wanna look nice.." Jungkook feels his cheeks turning red. Taehyung and Yoongi was smiling creepily deep inside, but now they had put on a smug face. "Is it okay?" Jungkook asked. his hand on his neck and looking down. Jimin was in front of him his cheeks redder than the setting sun on the ocean's horizon. He can feel his heart in his chest flipping out. He haven't felt like this for a while and actually wasn't looking forwards of feeling this way again. It happened once and it destroyed him. But now Jungkook had made him feel like this again. He might just make that family party not so shitty for Jimin.
"Kook," Jimin said shyly. his voice small. hardly audible. "yeah?" He looked up. his face red. "i- i'd like that." He smiled and hugged Jimin. Holding the boy in his arms as if it was his last seeing him. Jimin was shocked at first. A sudden bear hug. But he didn't mind, he slowly moved his hands onto Jungkook's neck. hugging him back. His mind swirling into a hurricane of happiness. He felt loved.
"Jimin." Taehyung called up.
Jimin looked up from Jungkook's chest. His face puffy and flushed. He might've cried a bit actually.
"When is the marriage?" Tae joked and Yoongi laughed. Jungkook looked at Jimin who's face turned ten times redder. He laughed at the smaller. In his arms hiding from his friends. Looking like a small baby boy who got teased and ran away. His lips pouted. He enjoyed seeing Jimin. Being with Jimin. Wishing that Jimin can be his. And it's not really that impossible, Jimin was single so is he. He's just not that brave. A confession? the kiss was enough i think? His thoughts racing as the smaller boy further buried his face in Jungkook's chest.
"cute" He murmured to himself. Jimin slowly looked up. Maybe hearing the compliment.
