"So what's good?" Rah asked, pulling me up onto his lap.

He had been out of town for three days, handling stuff.

He kissed my neck. "You didn't sound okay over the phone, so I came back early"

"You didn't have to"

"Yes I did. Talk to me"

"Well I have to go to school to tutor later"

"That ain't what I meant"

"Well I guess I've just been a little lonely lately. I don't want to be clingy though"

"You want a pet fish?" He teased.

I let a small laugh slip. "No"

"I got you, Alicia"

I walked through the rows to collect the money before my session began.

My two extra special guesses were Rahsun and Corbin.

They both sat far away from each other.
Corbin handed over the money with no problem.

Rah smiled and shooed me away.

I let him be since he wasn't even enrolled.

He pulled me back though and put a hundred dollar bill in my hand.

"How generous"

The session went by smoothly. Two hours later, everything was wrapped up.

"You work tonight?" Rah asked, stepping to me.

"No, are you?"

"Nope. I got something at home waiting"

"What makes you think that I don't want to spend time at my own place?"

"Cause I got something set up at my place. You're a nice ass teacher. I need a private lesson" He kissed my cheek.

I smiled. "Thank you"

"You gon' see what that boy want or what?"

"No."

"Go ahead and get it over with" He said.

I pushed the board back. "Corbin thinks that he knows something"

He wrapped his arm around me and made me step to him before sitting on the table behind me.

"People that actually know her are concerned. It doesn't involve you" Corbin said.

"Little ass boy, I'm the reason she's in your face." Rah kissed down my cheek.

I decided to speak. "Rah already knows everything anyways. It doesn't-"

He turned my head and slipped his tongue into my mouth.

Show off.

"I should have just took your word for it" Rah mumbled to me.

"So he's crazy too. You found another crazy one, huh, Alicia?" Corbin asked.

Rah broke away from me. "Call me crazy again and see what happens"

"What's happening, crazy? Psycho? Psychotic ass nigga"

Rah punched him in the jaw, knocking him to the ground.

I heard it pop, and Corbin hissed in pain.

Rahsun reached for his waist, and I took his gun from him, shoving it in my own pants discreetly.

Rah stared at me for a second before reaching down.

I pulled him back up. "Rahsun, move"

He threw his arm over my shoulder, and led us out. "I told his ass. He better hope that I don't catch him at night"

"Health is wealth"

"I got a whole ass dinner and you have a vegetable juice"

"I know what I blended. I'm on a diet. You want to split it?"

"Fuck no" I lifted up my flatbread and took a bite.

He adjusted the candle between us and took another sip.

"What does it taste like?" I asked.

"It's spicy in the back of my throat. Ginger overpowered"

"You're gonna be shitty"

"Y'all females talking all that self-care shit on social media. What's self-care to you?"

"Taking care of myself inside and out. I watch what I eat."

He slid his drink over. "I will give you three thousand dollars if you drink the rest"

"What's in it?"

"Spinach, collards, celery, a tomato, an apple, lime, flaxseed, ginger, and kale"

I picked it up. There was at least two and a half cups of that shit left.

I leaned my head back so that I could just down it and get my money.

The second it hit the back of my throat, a whole ass chill went through my body and I gagged.

I turned away from the table and coughed.

"Cute" Rahsun laughed at me.

I took a sip of my lemonade and ate more of my flatbread.

He lifted his cup up and drunk it in fourty five seconds.

"That's why ya breath stank"

He nodded his head and got up.

Five minutes later, he came back. "Now I got fresher breath than you"

"Can I insult you in peace?"

He leaned back in his chair. "You could, but you gon' ruin dessert"

"What is it?"

"You"

"Me with a side of?"

"My tongue" He slapped an envelope down on the table.

I opened it up and nodded my head. "Approved"

He still wasn't getting anything though.

We both got tested for STDs just to be sure.

You could never be too careful.

"I told you, babydoll. I don't just stick my dick anywhere"

I finished my meal, and we migrated to the couch.

I sat on his lap, and he held me while watching My Wife and Kids.

"Rah"

"Yeah, babydoll?"

"I like spending time with you"

"It's cool kicking it with you too"
