"Congratulations for passing the second stage excellently."

Kakashi declares in a proud tone. He is smiling brightly, seemingly happy with what is going on.

The rest of you are just hauling out a relieved sigh.

Then, kakashi resumes his speech.

"I hope all of you are ready for the third stage in the next two weeks. A quiz, on stage."

"In two weeks? Isn't that too soon?"

Temari is surprised at the duration left for preparation. Kakashi just shrugs his shoulders.

"Well, that's the date given to us. We have to obey."

Shikamaru frowns.

"What a paiiinnnn...."

"Calm down, young boy. I believe in all of you. There's not much preparation that you need to do. You just need to memorize all mathematical formulas that i believe is already in your genius heads. Now, just revise some more on the formulas. We have reached this stage, there's no way we're going to give up here. Our opponents are not from ordinary schools. They're geniuses as well. Suna high, Kumo high, Kiri high, Iwa high, and us. There's only five teams that will compete in this final stage. The principal is not hoping much, just get some place in the top three. That'll do."

"Well, that sounds extremely easy."

Shikamaru says, sarcasm can be heard from his intonation. He seems very annoyed now.

"Never mind, sensei. We'll try our best."

You speak, causing everyone to be in shock. Well, usually you are always tha passive one. Almost as quiet as neji, never giving any responses.

See you on monday for a test. Then, goodbye."

Kakashi then walks out of the class. Like usual, all of you pack your stuff to go home. In the mean time, you take this advantage to approach sasuke again.

"Hey, sasuke."

The uchiha only takes a glance at you with the corner of his eyes.

Then, he continues putting his books into his bag.

"What is it?"

He asks, indignantly.

"Nothing. Just wanting to show you the me that has changed."

You tell him excitedly, but the male doesn't even bother to look at you.

"Good for you."

He then gets on his feet and walks away.

You sigh. You clench your fist in anger at this rude boy. He is really, really annoying. But still, this is the boy that you love. Nothing can change that.

Therefore, you quickly chase for him.

"Sasuke, wait!"

The male stops as you grab his arm. He turns to shoot you with a glare, but you don't waver.

"What is wrong with you? You don't have to be so cold, you know. Just act like usual, like how we used to be. Why are you being so distant?"

Sasuke sighs.
