"Hi Makoa!"
Pip said brightly, smiling at the ancient turtle, who sighed in slight annoyance.
"Hello, Pip.."
The small fox had been following around the larger animal for a while, and Makoa's patience was about to go away.
"Ooh, could I try out your cannon?"
Pip said, pointing at the sea ship cannon Makoa had laying next to him.
"Uh, sure..?"
"Yay!"
Pip grabbed it, and stumbled, since it was heavy.
"Ah!"
The small fox yelped as he fell inside the cannon, and Makoa quickly rushed over to him, gentle hands (??? Idk what to call them) picking up the furred creature out of his weapon. He set Pip on the floor.
Pip spit out some water, and Makoa shook his head in amusement at the small, soaked creature.
"W-Why was it wet inside the cannon..?"
Pip managed to cough out, and Makoa smiled.
"I recently took a swim with it. Sorry, Pip."
"I-It's fine.. I'm just really c-cold..."
Makoa sighed, and then brought Pip closer to his rough body.
"Is that better?"
"Yeah..."
Pip said, snuggling into Makoa's hard body.
"Ah.. What am I going to do with you?"
Makoa said fondly, petting Pip on his fluffy head.
