Part 43-Wings of Lime

A/N very sorry about not posting last weekend but I was experiencing some writers block! Also I have zero idea about the science behind human flight with wings so if I get anything wrong, don't blame me. Anyway on with the story!

I ran over to Ben and quickly checked him over. He didn't have any injuries but I did notice that there was more of the green dust but it was a lighter shade of green almost a lime instead of 4's dark green dust.

"HERO!" I shout telepathically

"Y/N We're coming!" I hear him say. Suddenly him and Notch burst into the room. "What the..."

"lets just get him of the floor first!"

"yep sure...". So I carefully fold his wings onto his back so he is easier to carry. Then me and Herobrine picked him up and started quickly walking to the hospital. Notch was in front of us clearing the way. On the way I saw a Obsidian and End stone door.

"NOTCH GO GET ENDER!"

"Got It!" So Notch took of in the direction of her room. Then I see Ben start to wake up. I motion for Herobrine to put him down but Hero just points to a room that I had barely seen. The door was a midnight black with dark purple highlights. Hero kicked down the door and Vallron sat bolt upright in his bed and then relaxed when he saw it was us and his face went to panic when he saw Ben.

"what happened?"

"Wings happened" I reply.

"oh ok. WAIT WHAT!"

"He is about to wake up and we need to calm him down before he starts panicking".

"ok here you can use my bed"

"thanks". So we put him down on Vallrons bed.

"Y-Y/N?" we hear Ben say

"yea Ben?"

"my back feels funny"

"Ben. I need to tell you something"

"W-what?"

"You have wings"

"Oh um ok. Well that's actually pretty cool"

"Do you know what happened?"

"Well the last thing I remember was getting out of bed and then seeing some of the green dust I went over to investigate. Then I remember seeing that the dust came of his wings. Then I started thinking about you, Notch, Herobrine and everyone else's wings and I sort of wanted some for my own. Then suddenly I felt this huge pain in my back and that's the last thing I remember"

"Hmm. Well I need to think about this..." Then suddenly Ender burst into the room, in her medium Dragon form and started blowing her purple smoke all over the room.

"ENDER I CAN'T SEE!" I hear Hero yell from somewhere beside me. Then I hear a loud Bang and then a thump.

"Whoops sorry guys I will stop now". I see the smoke start to clear and I see Hero sitting on the side of the bed, Ender standing on top of the broken down door, Ben sitting up and flexing his new wings and Vallron lying on the floor unconscious with a bit of blood on the wall after I guess he ran into it. Ender goes over to check on Vallron and I help Ben up and start to lead him outside. We walked out to the throne room and I turned to face Ben.

"Ok so Ben do you want me to teach you how to fly?"

"YES THAT SOUNDS AMAZING"

"Ok! So first you need to spread your wings"

"Like this?"

"Yea just tilt them a bit"

"Ok..."

"Yep like that"

"Now flap then downwards as hard as you can."

"Ok. Whoa" says Ben as he shots up about 3 meters

"Ok now flap your wings fast but not as powerful to land"

"Ok. I DID IT!"

"Yep now beyond that I am not the best at explaining it so maybe you could get Notch to explain the rest of it to you."

"Ok!" Then he runs of with the tips of his lime green wings just scraping the floor. I decided that now that I had some free time I would go and try to figure out more of the prophecy. I walked over to the library and sat down in the seat in the corner. I decided to break the prophecy down into parts.

"Ok so the first line 'Enemies will lay down their lives for one another' well that means that someone who dislikes someone else is going to sacrifice themselves for them. 'Two rivals now friends will rekindle there hatred' that must be referring to Herobrine and Notch unless Vallron and Steve suddenly become best friends. 'Two pairs, two friends, two enemies only one pair will remain' that could be referring to Steve, Alex and Herobrine, Experiment 4 like Notch said but it could also mean a bunch of different things. 'Two brothers one found, one lost are key' this is defiantly talking about Ben and Jack, although maybe it could be Herobrine and Notch? 'Two will be exiled, two will be awarded' hmmm I don't know about this one I can only hope that one of the two exiled will be Experiment 4 but that means someone would have to go with him, or maybe it's B/N that would be good. 'A three sided war, to end with no victor' well that is simple enough, just avoid 3 sided wars, but who would be the three sides fighting? 'Only a Two sided battle will have a victor although with a great cost' I wonder what the great cost is, I really hope it hasn't got anything to do with the part of 'only one pair remaining'. I keep running the prophecy through my mind but I just can't think of anything else. I decide to just go back to my room I wonder around for a bit before I find a room that has beautiful magenta and dark purple patterns going all the way down with two stained glass wings in the centre. I enter the room and look around before realizing that the book with the map of the Nether Portals is sitting on my bed. I walk over to it and see a note on top of it.

"The woman named Linda gave this to me before leaving, she said you would need it more than her. Ender". I pick up the book and the first thing I realize is that the title has changed again. The books title was now 'How to professionally read a Prophecy'. I sat down on my bed and start to open the book when I feel a hand on my shoulder

"Hello, sorry but I can't have you knowing about that".
