"If we approach adversities wisely, our hardest times can be times of greatest growth, which in turn can lead toward times of greatest happiness."
- Joseph B. Wirthlin
Our trials make us stronger, if we face them with courage and try to learn from them.
Everyone faces difficult times; it's just part of life. But the purpose of our trials isn't to make us suffer. It's to help us grow.
A trial may be difficult, and you might not see how you're going to get through it. You may wonder, "Why me? Why do I have to suffer?"
But after your trial is over, you come out as a stronger person. Hard times are meant to make us stronger and help us to become better people.
And the growth we get from bearing our burdens can lead to great happiness. Without misery, there would be no happiness.
