I'm pretty sure this was Seth. It sounds like something Seth would say, but I could be wrong.
Just to clarify, he is talking to a cell, like a prison cell. I normally wouldn't clarify, but I read this to my BFF and she thought he was talking to a cell, as in a body cell.
Personally, I talk to myself all the time. And have been known to occasionally talk to inanimate objects.
However, I have not ever talked to my cell. (Probably because I've never been in prison;)
