Alden, Fitz and Biana's father, is someone whom Sophie turns to when she has a problem or a question. In response to her concerns, Alden says his catchphrase: "No reason to worry."
There is just so much power and comfort behind those few simple words. No matter how hard something is, you shouldn't worry. Be optimistic.
This quote's really self-explanatory, so I don't have much more to say about it.
