Readying his bat, Dominic prepared to kill him, when suddenly out of nowhere a hole was punctured into his chest.
Sam had appeared in front of him, his hands was in his body grabbing his heart. Pulling the heart out slowly, Sam uttered: "Why did you have to free her?" His beautiful face marred with an ugly smile.
Dominic stared at him in shock : "Why are you so strong without your bounded soul?"
Dominic looked at his beating heart held carelessly in Sam's hands, as Sam crushed it into a pulp of muscle and blood. He collapsed on the floor, forming a pool of blood at Sam's feet.
Picking up the dull gem that was filled cracks, Sam picked it up and caressed it with his bloodied hand. "Why must you be so urgent to leave me?" His beautiful brows creased together, emanating a depressing sadness.
