On the fourteenth of february i woke up in my dorm for once. Melanie, Chiara and Nikita occupying their own beds as the sun began to rise.

I dug into my chest reaching to get clothes for the trip into the hogsheads. "Guys the trip is soon wakey wakey."

"Later Lara-James." Melanie groaned. Though the two younger girls got up.

They smiled before Nikita made her way to our bathroom and walked inside closing the door behind her.

"Any plans today Y/N?"

"Just going on a date with James what about you Chiara?"

"I'm going out with a slytherin boy that asked me."

"What's his name?"

"Roman." Smiling i nodded picking up my clothes and throwing them into a small bag then walked out of the dorm.

As i entered the prefect bathroom i found myself to be alone and took a nice warm shower then changed into a white and pink plaid skirt, a pink button up short sleeve and white flats.

My mother sent me a package of these clothes which she had gotten off her sister. Apparently no one liked the colours so they sent the clothes to us instead of throwing them away. Which helped knowing our financial situation.

I found more students walking in the halls after exiting the prefect bathroom with my bag over my shoulder.

Checking the time i found myself to go wander to the great hall where i spotted Remus's blonde hair and went to sit beside him. "Morning Rem."

"Morning." He said groaning. I chuckled before punching his arm lightly.

"Full moon soon." I mumbled and he nodded in agreement before sloppily began eating his toast.

Turning to me he took a sip of his pumpkin juice. "Shouldn't you be meeting James for the trip?"

"Right, i forgot but i saw you and wanted to see how you were doing dear brother." I said then placed my head on his shoulder.

He chuckled before pushing my head away and spat. "Yeah yeah lies, now go on your ugly face is annoying me."

"How rude."

I walked out of the great hall and too the tall tree that stood beside the black lake. I found James starring into the dark water as he fiddled with the golden snitch in his hands.

I ran to him and hugged him from behind."Hey loverboy."

Pulling away from the hug i kissed him lightly before we heard a bell ringing. "Everyone on the trip please assemble..."

"Where do you wanna go first?" I asked james as we pulled away from the group of other students and walked into the village.

Smiling he pulled me into the three broomsticks. "Two butterbeers please."

"Thankyou." We took a seat in the corner of the room and i sat close to him soaking up the heat his body had.

"we have a big night tonight," I started and he nodded frowning a bit.

No one ever liked when Remus had to go through the full moon. But it happened once a month and we couldn't do much.

The boys put a ban on me in third year after i got my period and i tried to help. But remus could smell me and tried to kill me. Which sounds a tad weird thinking about it now.

After awhile we both got up from the table and began heading back to hogwarts. We figured we could do with a nap before the full moon came later that night.

"Sirius and Peter switch first."

"Right James." Sirius shouted before changing into a big black wolf. Peter changed into a rat and climbed into the tree which we stood in front.

I smiled at James before turning away and turning myself into a doe. It was going to be a very very exhausting night and it had only just began.

The next few days were rough after trying to get better from the aftermath. Remus seemed to get better although he liked to spend his time studying for the exams coming up.

I found myself questioning my own ability's regarding exams. Did i even know what i was talking about? Sure i might've been top of class in many. But the thought of failing bright stress.

I suppose it did with many of the other ravenclaw students, we even left a book in the door so if anyone wanted to enter or exist they could without a breeze.

It neared the end of february when exams began to start. "Golly gosht that was hard." James mumbled as we walked out of the muggle study exam.

I shrugged my shoulders along with Remus and Peter. "Wasn't that hard James." Peter mumbled.

"Well you're not a pure blood and i still don't know what a teliv-television is." He grumbled and i chuckled.

"One day you'll learn James."
