He gets body ache and stamina reduction from using his quirk, which is summoning. This is because the creature uses Kold's stamina and his bodies nutrients to sustain their form in their world. Also, the duration of the summon is up to 10 minutes if there are 3 units, then 20 minutes for 2 units and so on.
Another weakness is that when the unit sustains serious damage half of that is pass unto the summoner.
