Izuku was able to attend his mother's funeral, so was Katsuki. They stood next to each other, Mitsuki engulfing Izuku in a comforting embrace as he sobbed and shed tears. He looked down at his mother's grave which was littered with beautiful white roses, her favourite flower. Tiny droplets of rain decorated the flowers, they were like crystals in the sun and tears of grief in the moon. Izuku's mother was dead, and he couldn't see her or talk to her before her last moments.

That night, Izuku completely forgot about Redemption. He didn't think that the Villain would come back.
