George: Athena practically chose her name. I called out a bunch and she responded to Athena. Try that out with your puppy. See if he'll respond to his new name
Tyler: Ok. Indiana Jones come here. *The puppy immediately looks at him and jumps into his lap cuz he was on the floor playing with Zoey* Wow it worked. It actually worked. Good boy Indy. *Rubs his head*
George: As long as you're consistent with that name he should be just fine with it cuz it'll help him remember it
Tyler: Oh I'll definitely be consistent. Him knowing his name could save his life one day.
George: Yeah that's true
Tyler: I've got to get home so my mom doesn't send out an Amber Alert
*Laughs* Katie: That's a good one Tyler. Very funny. We can get all of your puppy's supplies tomorrow at PetSmart
Tyler: Sounds like a plan *Picks up the puppy and leaves out*
George: I've got to get home too. Athena has developed this habit that if I don't give her a belly rub before bed she'll meow all night in my ears. She's suppose to be the GOOD cat *Sighs into his hands* What am I doing wrong?
Emma: You're not doing anything wrong George. She's just testing your patience
George: And my sanity. I thought her good behavior might rub off on Ozzie but instead his bad behavior is rubbing off on her. I can't win *Face palms sighing* I'm a bad cat dad
Olivia: You're a great cat dad
George: How? My cats haven't been listening to me lately and that makes me feel bad. I don't want to yell at them or punish them
Hailey: I know I'm not part of this cat club but I have to confess I yelled at Daisy a lot when she was a puppy. She was so curious about everything and full of so much energy. I didn't know what to do. I just wanted her to listen to me. And every time I got mad at her she looked at me with the biggest saddest eyes as if to say "I know you're mad at me but I still love you" and after that I knew I could never ever give up on her
George: Is that why she's so well behaved now?
Hailey: Yeah that sounds about right
George: Cool *leaves out with her and the others*
*The next day Tyler arrives at 6:30 in the morning excited and anxious*
Katie: I'm ready if you are. I've got Zoey. Let's get going
Kendall: And just how are you two getting there? *His tone is that of an overprotective dad*
*Rolls her eyes* Katie: Logan is taking us. Come on Logan. You promised
Logan: Ok I'm coming. I've got to get my shoes on *Laughs at the impatient tap of her foot*
*He stands up from the couch and leaves with them*
*Once they arrive at PetSmart they're surprised it's nearly empty but then remember most of the cars in the parking lot belong to the employees*
Katie: Wow this will be a breeze. This is gonna be so much fun
Tyler: I sure hope so
Logan: Everything will be fine guys. Just find what you want and we'll go from there
*After the supplies are bought they check out and leave the store* All the bags they're holding nearly weigh them down so they take a bus back to the Palm Woods*
