The Kree have been exposed, the truth of the Skrulls and Mar-Vel are out in the Galaxy. Now to find the Skrulls their forever home is next on the to-do list. But first, there's something more important at the moment.
You, Carol, and Maria were standing outside the house looking out into the night sky. Monica came walking out with Carol's old Air Force jacket in her hands and handed it back to Carol. "We got the ketchup stain off." Monica told her and a small smile formed on Carol's face as she looked at the jacket in her hands. "Thanks, Lieutenant Trouble." Carol said to Monica as she put on the brown jacket and gave her a hug.
You stood there watching the exchange with your own soft smile. You watching how much Monica looked up to Carol. After they separated from their hug, you dived to Monica's side and gave her your own hug. "Even though we only met today, I'm going to miss you so much kid." You said in the hug. Monica laughed, "me too! i can't believe my aunts are both superhero's."
Carol and Maria both laughed at the two of you hug then do a handshake you both had made up.
"It's hard for me to say goodbye to you." Carol said to Maria. Maria just broke into a smile and they both embraced as You and Monica watched and then joined to make a big group hug.
"Thank you, Y/N, for watching her all these years and being there for her." Maria said to you. "Of course, someone has to do it." You joked. Carol shoulder bumped you and everyone broke out into a small laughter.
Carol looked at Maria one more time. "Go on." Maria softly spoke. Carol then looked over at You and You nodded. Looking back at Maria, Monica, and everything one more time, Carol and You took off running and then used your photon powers to fly off into the sky.
You and Carol both flew over to Mar-Vel's lab that held the Skrulls inside.

Before takeoff You saw Carol looking back down to earth.
You floated over to her, "hey, they're going to be ok." "I know they are." Carol said.
"And we're going to be ok." You said then intertwining your fingers with hers to hold her hand and gave it a little squeeze for reassurance.
"I know we are." She looked over at you and softly smiled. She held onto your hand and you both took off, flying next the ship.

i saw that this story reached to 150k which is so crazy. so thank you for that! i'm thinking of reorganizing this series and then doing a whole endgame miniseries with the short stories being based off of endgame & far from home.
