Peter loved to snuggle. Although he only snuggled with people he felt comfortable with. Like really comfortable with. This amount of comfort was reserved to Aunt May and Tony. Of course his parents and uncle Ben, but... it's hard to snuggle against stone. And he would never consciously open up to Tony about how comfortable he was. And May wasn't home often... but it's okay!

It was late at night. The rogue avengers had only been at stark tower for a week, but Pepper thought it would be a good idea for everyone to have a movie night including Peter, since he always had movie night a the tower already.

The rogues didn't really understand the relationship between Tony and Peter. All they knew is it definitely was not romantic *cough*starker*cough*.

Peter hadn't slept at all last night and was extremely over tired. He was sitting in between The end of the couch and Clint, when he said drearily, "Tony?" Tony looked away from the movie, "Yeah?"
"Can you come over here?" Peter said, still dreary.
"Yeah. What's up kiddo?" Tony said as he got up and walked over to Peter.

"Clinnnt! Scooch." Clint scooted over, and then Peter patted the spot next to him.

"Sit." He said sleepily.

Tony couldn't help but smile at Peters tiredness, "Okay, why?" Tony said as he sat down.

Peter leaned into Tony and wrapped his arms around Tony's chest, and placed Tony's arm around him. His head lay softly on Tony's chest.
"I jus' wanted to cuddle with you, because your my dad." Peter said hazily.

Tony burst out into a smile, "Of course." Then, without thinking Tony kissed Peters forehead.
Peters eyes were closed but tony saw peters lips curve up into a slight smile.

All the rogues stared, in shock at how caring and sweet tony was with the kid.

Tony gently rubbed Peters back.
Then he looked up at all the  ex avengers staring at him. "Watch the movie. He's sleeping." Tony whispered.

The next morning the rogues woke up, and all joined Pepper, watching the Tony and Peter. They lay asleep on the couch, the same place as last night, but somehow closer.

A/N: So that's that. I kinda want to do a part two, but Peter realizing what happened the next morning.
