Spider-Man One Shots

An average Tuesday

A/N: For context I'm imagining this pretty light hearted, like hip hop music is playing in the background the whole time. I would suggest listening to some up eat hip hop or sum while reading this 😂

Also, Tony's Peter's dad for eight months now, after May died from cancer. None of the avengers know who Peter is, none of them know who Spiderman is, minus Bruce.

"Tony, you can't be serious!" Peter said frustrated.

"Pete, kid you need to be punished, you took out the tracker from your suit! What would happen if you got hurt?" Tony said exasperated.

"When has that ever happened?!" Peter said.

"Uh, how about when you almost drowned?!" Tony said.

Suddenly an alert came through the speakers in the penthouse.

"Emergency alert. There appears to be a flying robot man, terrorizing  New York City." Friday said, too calm for such an alert.

"This isn't over." Tony said before they both ran to suit up.

They both arrived at the scene almost at the same time.

Steve, Natasha, and Bruce were already there fighting and Tony and Peter quickly joined in.

"I'm just saying, this is completely unfair!" Peter said, continuing to fight.

"C'mon kid! You could have died!" Tony said over the intercom.

Peter webbed the eyes of the robot man, "But I didn't! It's part of the job Tony! This is just what we do!"

"Don't make me take away the suit kid!" Tony threatened. Both of them knew he wouldn't. Tony caught a woman who was about to fall off the building being attacked.

"You guys are still on this?!" Bruce yelled, as he smashed one of the robots cronies. He had been at the penthouse when the argument had started an hour earlier.

"Hey, butt out Bruce!" Peter said, swinging through the crowd of civilians excitedly recording the fight.

"Hey, guys shouldn't you be running away? This place isn't exactly safe right now!" Peter yelled to the crowd.

"Ey, this is New York. We're used to it!" A guy recording yelled back.

"Fair point!" Peter called back, "Just stay safe!"

"Kid, don't try to weasel your way out of this one!" Tony said.

"Tony, what would have happened if I didn't go and take off the tracker?!" Peter said, doing a flip, honestly just for show.

"Can I ask what's going on between you two? Is there some sort of history here?" Steve asked punching a robot.

"Yeah we're kind of in the middle of a thing! What is he, your kid?!" Natasha said backflipping into a kick.

"What?! No!" Tony and Peter both said at the same time.

"Oh my gosh, is he really your kid?! I was joking!" Natasha said surprised.

"That's none of your business Romanoff!" Tony said.

"Bruce how did you know about this?!" Steve said.

"What?! Uh, I don't know what you're talking about!" Bruce said.

"Alright folks, we should really be focusing on the robot attacking New York!" Peter said.

"This isn't over!" Tony said.

"Hey Spider-Man! Can I get a picture?!" A random New Yorker yelled.

"Of course! I'm a bit busy so make it quick though!" Peter yelled, swinging down to the crowd, that was now behind some yellow caution tape.

He posed for the picture, and swung back up to the fight, noticing MJ in the crowd, who gave him the middle finger.

"Love you too!" He yelled.

"Kid! Focus on the Robot man!" Tony said.

"Right, right, on it!" Peter yelled back.

"Oh my gosh, you can't even raid New York anymore! Everyone should be running, not recording!" The robot man complained.

"Sorry dude, robot raids are kind of generic honestly, next time just stick to being a normal civilian!" Peter yelled, "What's your name anyway?!"

"Well I was thinking my evil name would be the thrasher!" The robot yelled, fending off Peter.

"Like the skateboard magazine?! C'mon dude you can do better!" Peter yelled.

"Are you making casual talk with the enemy?!" Steve asked.

"Hey, I'm just saying, he needs a better name!" Peter yelled back.

"Okay, uh, really?! How about Electro!?" The robot man asked.

"Okay, see that's better!" Peter said, jumping on top of him, "But in the end, the citizens usually pick something random!"

"Focus Peter! Just like in training!" Tony yelled.

"Right!" Peter yelled back.

"Take down the robot man!" One guy yelled. It turned into a chant.

"Aw hell no, stop, stop, don't call me robot man! That's lame!"

"Yeah, it kinda is!"

"I'm still confused! Since when is Tony a dad?!"

"He's not!"

"C'mon Bruce, I think they know now, no reason to hide it!"

"So is like Pepper his mom?!"

"I'm adopted! All of my family members died!"

"Oh, wait really, I'm sor-"

"No, it's fine! I mean it's not fine, but I've come to terms, you know?"

"I know what Spiderman means! I had a sister die, that's why I became a villain honestly!"

"Come on dude, you're supposed to be the bad guy!"

Now the robot man was completely tied up in spider webs, and all the other robots were crushed.

The cops had been waiting on the ground, ready for the arrest.

Peter swung down with the tied up robot man, "Hey, Alvarez, how's the wife?" Peter asked.

Alvarez was a cop he knew well, he was in the area Peter patrolled, so they worked together a lot.

"Ah, good, good, you know little Manny is almost four next Friday." The cop said.

"No way, Hey, you puting on a party?" Peter asked.

Alvarez nodded.

"I'll try and swing in, I hope the kids a fan!"

"Oh you know he is Spiderman!" Alvarez called as Spiderman swung away.

"Kid, you know the cops?!" Steve said.

"You know it! You guys work big things more, but when you stay down low, you work with the police a lot, get to know them pretty well!" Peter said.

"Alright, alright, now come home, that conversation isn't over!" Tony said.

"Yeah, yeah I know!" Peter said, already swinging back.
