Taehyung's Pov

"Taehyung, why do you have a bruise on your face?" Jimin asks me.
"Fell down on the sidewalk on the way home."

I opened my locker, looking for the books for my next class.
He then nods his head, looking at me.
"Are you lying to me?" He asks which makes me freeze.

"What??" I ask as I try to cover my mistake up, resuming what I was doing earlier.

"Are you lying to me?" He asks.

"About what?" I say and lock my locker, walking away from him.

"Do my parents hurt you??" He asks.

That makes me take my gaze from the floor and look him straight in the eye.

"No." I confidently say, and I walk away.

"Taehyung you need to be more careful!!" Jimin's dad yelled at me.

Jimin went over to Hoseok's house to study.

I stayed behind since I apparently finished mine.

"I was-"
"APPARENTLY NOT!!" His mom screamed and punched me in the face.

My face was twisted to the side. Blood was running down my face from her nails digging into my skin.

I stayed in my spot, not daring to move, knowing what would come next.

They beat me.

Emotionally and physically.

Just like my parents.

They were no better than them.

No better.

They beat me and my sister.

Just like we were rag dolls to be toyed with.

They raped us.

They took away our innocence.

They took me away from my one and only hope.

My twin sister.

She was beautiful.

On the inside and out.

But that one faithful night.

Changed her.

She ran away.

She left me.

They took her away from me.

She didn't think about her little brother not once as she left.

She didn't say goodbye, she didn't even look at me.

The only reason I'm alive is because of Jimin's parents.

That's the only reason.

"Taehyung?" I heard Jimin say from behind me.

After hours and hours I still never left that spot.

That memory made my body turn to ice, not being able to move a bone.

"Oh my God!! Taehyung are you alright!! What happened!??!!" Jimin screamed.

I guess he saw the cut.

I didn't move, and I didn't say anything.

But my body fell without my permission, into my fathers arms.
