Outside the dungeon, a purple haired young woman sat on the stone stairs. Worry clouded her eyes. Every once in a while, she would look back at the huge tower behind her to wait for a certain person.

"Kian, what happened to you?" Alexa gripped her hands, little bit of tears started to form on her eyes.

Suddenly, a magic circle just outside the dungeon appeared. It released a low humming sound that attracted the attention of the people.

Alexa turned her head aorund to see a familiar young man come out of the magical circle.

He looked different from before. His hair and eyes were black and there were strange eye crystals circling over his head. However, she didn't fail to recognize him.

"Kian!" she ran to him and gave him a tight hug.

"Where have you been? You said you were only going to hunt some monsters but you were away for more than day!" as she spoke, her tears couldn't help but slowly start to fall.

Kian's heart who was still a bit shaken from all that happened felt warmth once again. At the same time, he felt guilty.

He smiled and gently pulled her away from him. He put his his hand on her chin and raised her head. Her tear filled eyes now met his.

"Hey Alexa" he said, his voice a bit deeper than usual.

"W-what?" she asked, feeling about breathless from his intense gaze.

Her heart couldn't help but jump. It raced like galloping horses in a track. There was a certain emotion on his eyes that she couldn't help but notice and it caught her off guard.

Kian gathered his courage and decided to speak the words he had been meaning to tell her for the past few days.

"We've only known each other for a few months but I've fallen in love with you" he said those words that even he himself knew were too cheesy.

Still, what he said all came from his heart. Moreover, his feelings only was intensified when he felt the threat of death when he was converting himself as a half-Excelcis.

"W-what are you saying? Be serious. I was worried and sick.  Do you-" she wasn't able to finish her words when Kian spoke once again.

"Alexa. Hey. What about you?" he asked her.

"Like I said. What are you saying?" her face was now a bit red.

"Do you feel the same?" he asked her, his face was close to her.

Alexa was thrown into a world of racing emotions. Her heart was beating so fast. She didn't expect to see a side of him like this which was so intimidating.

It's not like she didn't like him. In fact she liked him. She loved the way he complained whenever she was dragging him along to hunt, she loved the way he was so awkward around other people especially girls but the thing that made her attracted to him the most was Kian being Kian.

She herself couldn't explain her feelings but the next thing she knew, she was already nodding.

"Mmm" she unconsciously said.

When he heard her answer, he couldn't help but feel overjoyed.

"Then starting from today, you are now my girlfriend." Kian declared.

Alexa's eyes couldn't help but widen at his words. Her face suddenly darkened and accompanying a loud scream, was her foot that met his right leg.

"Aaahhh!" the poor guy screamed miserably.

"You lead me along. Fine! You're now my boyfriend." she said, her face puffed.

Suddenly, she grinned and evil was clearly written on her face. Kian couldn't help but shiver when he saw her face.

"Don't worry. I'll properly take care of you, my b-o-y-f-r-i-e-nd" her voice sounded sweet, something he never heard her use before.

Right now, his intestines are already green from regret. He wondered if he it was the right decision to confess to this girl who was wild and violent most of the time.

Suddenly, he felt Alexa hug him once again.

"You really worried me. Don't disappear like that again. If you do, tell me and I'll come with you" she buried her face into his chest.

Kian couldn't help but sigh at his girlfriend who can change her mood as fast as lightning. Still, he hugged her back with a smile on his face. No matter how violent she may be, the most important thing was that she love him and he loved her back.
